It was a pleasure hosting this couple! They were on vacation and maintained excellent communication throughout their stay. They left the house perfectly clean and took great care of everything. It’s always wonderful to host guests who truly enjoy the home, and we really appreciated that. Thank you so much, and we hope to welcome you back again soon!

That happened because I let her check in at eleven, when the normal check-in time is four. Usually, when I have guests arriving at three, I go and inspect the house, but since she came in so early and I allowed her to enter, she found that part of the door lock was broken. But right away, within two minutes, we went and fixed it.
