The perfect 6 bedroom game day retreat! Basketball court, volleyball, fishing pond, and outdoor gym all within walking distance. It is a 9 minute drive to Kyle Field and centrally located to College Station. It is well stocked with all of the essentials, new furniture, and beautifully decorated. This is an ideal place to host a watch party or hang out spot before an A&M tailgate. The four bathrooms make it easy for everyone to get ready before your Texas A&M festivities! Thanks and Gig 'Em!
