The bed in the master is advertised as a queen bed in multiple places. Please know that we do have a supply of mattress toppers in the event a bed isn't comfortable for a guest, as it is a matter of preference. We hope you will stay with us again and will give us a ring if you think we can help make your stay more comfortable. As your stay included the President's weekend holiday, which is a peak weekend at ski areas, rates do tend to be higher. Early December, mid January and April are great times to come to Snowmass to take advantage of lower rates and uncrowded slopes! We are happy to help with your future plans to come skiing. Thank you for the detailed review and we appreciate you taking the time to share both the positives and the areas for improvement. We are also glad to hear that the extra supplies were helpful during your stay. The oven situation clearly created challenges as appliances need to function properly and we were disappointed to learn that it was failing. When appliances fail, we do our very best to find practical solutions to help our guests during their stay until the replacement can be obtained. Since your stay, the oven has been fully replaced with a brand-new unit, and the ice maker issue has been solved and is now working properly. We never want guests adjusting meal plans around equipment issues, and we’ve made sure that won’t be a concern moving forward. We also appreciate your practical suggestions regarding pillows and mattress toppers, and had we known about your discomfort during your stay, we would have been able to assist with pillow replacements and toppers. Those are reasonable, actionable improvements, and we are reviewing them with the homeowner as we continue upgrading the unit. Thank you for your acknowledgment of our efforts to assist during your stay. Your feedback helps us prioritize the right upgrades and we hope to be able to host you again in the future.
