Great getaway to the city of Belmont, NC. 5 min away from CLT airport. 15 min away from Downtown Charlotte. 10 min away from Lake Wylie. 20 min away from Whitewater & Charlotte's Motor Speedway.
2 double bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms + 1 futon in the living room.
The house can welcome up to 3 couples, friends or a family.
Wifi, open kitchen (oven, fridge, microwave...), TV, garden, washing machine...
Towels, soap, shampoo and water bottles in the fridge.
House rules:
Please keep all shoes outside the front door, or do not ware shoes in the house.
(There are complementary footies inside the house at the front door for those that do not have socks by having to take your shoes off).
No shoes worn in the home, and not on the white carpet in the bedrooms, period.
No eating/drinking in bedrooms, or on carpet, period.
No use of the garage, I have materials for house repairs and my other car in the garage, it is OFF LIMITS. *I will not relock my kitchen door leading to the garage, and back door to prevent guest from not following house rules. Please do not access my garage door.
The back patio is off limits until repairs are made. The guest are not allowed to use the jacuzzi located outside the back door leading to my patio. *I will not relock the back door either to prevent a guest from going into my back patio. It is not included in the price you are renting the entire house for with full kitchen access, living room, dining room, laundry room, and three beds and two bathrooms.
Living room:
There is no cable provided in the home.
The wifi password is provided on the app, text me if you have any issues locating it.
There is a flat screen television in the living room with only a HDMI cord to use for the guest laptops to watch the internet on the TV screen, and the audio cord for a laptop or phone to play music.
*The flat screen television must be on the (video1) setting to see the basic free cable channels, and on the HDMI setting to stream from a guest laptop.
*The receiver must be on the correct setting to see the HDMI projection off the laptop come through the screen.
*The receiver must be on the correct setting to hear the music playing on a guest phone or laptop through the AUX with the receiver set on SA-CD/CD.
Kitchen:
Please treat my home like your own. If you use a glass dish, verses the plastic plates and cups provided on the kitchen counter, do not damage, or break the glass cups, or plates in my cabinets. *You will be charged for broken kitchen materials used and damaging kitchen appliances. Please wash dishes used, or place them in the sink empty of food particles.
If you use kitchen, please DO NOT put food in the sink. YOU MUST EMPTY ALL FOOD IN THE WASTE BASKET/GARBAGE. THERE IS NOT A GARBAGE DISPOSAL IN THE KITCHEN, PLEASE DO NOT PUT FOOD OR PARTICLES IN THE SINK. PUT ALL UNEATEN FOOD IN WASTE BASKET/GARBAGE.
All dishes should be washed by guest, if not please place in dishwasher with no food particles still on the dishes.
The stove is a GAS range, not electric. PLEASE be safe and careful.
All supplies in the kitchen are there for the guest to use.
Bathrooms:
*The 50s bathroom has three knobs in the shower/tub. You have to have the middle knob turned on all the way to get full/maximum pressure from the shower head.
*The toilets cannot be flushed back-to-back in either bathroom. The time it takes to refill the tank bowls on each toilet will have to be taken into consideration.
*It would not be advised to wash clothes and take a shower at the same time, OR take long showers in both showers with multiple guest in the home needing to shower as well. The hot water will not last. As mentioned above, the hot water is EXTREMELY hot.
*ALL SUPPLIES IN THE BATHROOM ARE THERE FOR THE GUEST TO USE.
Washer and Dryer:
Located in the back hallway bathroom is for the guest to use.
*washing detergent is provided.
Windows:
Guest have shared that the windows did not want to open. The windows have a pull/crank-out system that allows the window to open at an angle. It can stick at times depending on the weather temperatures; therefore, please use a little force to open, and if that does not work, call me or my property manager.
Air condition:
Please do not turn the A/C off. I have instructions listed on the wall.
The air can be adjusted, ONLY.
Check out:
11:00 am to no later than 12noon Eastern Standard Time as posted, and please place the key back in the key-code lock box and scramble the numbers off the 4-digit code given to unlock.
