Hi Jill, we value providing an excellent experience for our guests, and we would like to share some insights from the homeowner:-The microwave turntable is operating as intended.-Our home features a refrigerator with a freezer section, and guests are provided with their own ice packs for freezer storage.-The bedrooms are designed with open closets, consistent with the depiction in the listing pictures.-Unfortunately, the extended heating time of the hot tub is influenced by external factors such as extreme cold temperatures, which are beyond our control. Additionally, the outdoor placement of the hot tub during winter further contributes to the prolonged heating process.Our commitment to providing the best possible experience for all our guests is evident in the satisfaction of numerous others who have stayed with us.

After sending your feedback to the homeowner, they’d like to share the following:- Thank you for your positive feedback regarding the setup of the home and we are glad that you had a good experience in general. We are sorry that your stay was impacted by some factors outside of our control.- Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. The property manager's suggestion to contact 911 was meant as a way to enforce noise ordnance without having to directly confront those responsible, though we understand your hesitation to do so.- We strive to provide a family-friendly environment and are sorry to hear about the disturbances. We understand that this impacted your stay. This was somewhat beyond our control being 4th of July week in the city.- We have not had any complaints about loud neighbors in the past.- We apologize for the condition of the front porch area upon arrival. We checked and did not find a major issue to be addressed, however, we will have our cleaning crew ensure tidiness with each cleaning turnover.We appreciate your feedback so we can continue to improve and help this homeowner provide guests with the 5-star service they are known for.
