Our home is your home when you visit this piece of paradise!

The Great Escape is a 2 story home which includes 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms (1 has an outdoor shower) and lots of outdoor living. Fully stocked kitchen, multiple decks with dining and propane grills, heated pool, hot tub & a detached garage that has been converted into your own private sports bar/game room.

The heated pool spans from 3.5 - 5.5 feet with a 27 foot length. Hang poolside by day, then make an easy transition to the hot tub and enjoy entertainment on the outdoor televisions. The "sports bar" has lots of games including pinball, pool/ping pong table, a shuffleboard table, Jenga, ring toss, corn hole, darts, 2 smart TVs that swivel inside or outside & 2 mini fridges. Open the garage door to an outdoor deck and grill some local seafood and relax. There are many swimming pool amusements as well: squirt guns, volley ball, water lacrosse, rafts, etc. The "sports bar" has a bathroom inside and an outdoor shower for easy access to the pool area.

This centrally located & completely enclosed property is near downtown St. Petersburg, St. Pete Beach, Treasure Island and Gulfport. Take the Sunrunner or the Central Avenue Trolley (both 4 blocks from the house) to the beach or downtown St. Petersburg. Riding to the beach, you can check out many beachside restaurants and bars. Did I say beaches? St. Pete Beach, Sunset Beach, Treasure Island and Passe-A-Grill are all unique and close to the house. There are so many places to visit!!

Aside from "Beach Day", take the opportunity to visit our local treasures including: Dali Museum, the newly renovated Holocaust Museum, Chihuly Exhibit, Sunken Gardens, FloridaRama in the Warehouse Arts District, Saturday Morning Market, Sunday Corey Avenue Market, Tuesday Gulfport Market, Tampa Bay Bucs (NFL), SEC March Madness (NCAA), Spring Training (MLB), Rowdies (USL), Janus Landing Live (music), The Straz Center ( Broadway theater), FreeFall Theater, and many, many restaurants and micro breweries for a foodie/taste delight!

We have multiple kayaks you can use to traverse the amazing water trail at Weeden Island, Gulfport trail, inner coastal, etc.

Take a day trip to Tampa, Clearwater, Dunedin, Tarpon Springs or Weeki Wachee! Take the Cross Bay Ferry to Tampa and jump on the free cable car to Ybor City. If you love roller coasters or animals visit Busch Gardens and the Tampa Aquarium. Just north are the beautiful Clearwater beaches & Clearwater Aquarium.
