Wonderful Stay

Great place to stay, easy to find, short drive to the Mayo campus. Home is clean, kitchen is well stocked if you plan on cooking, close to Walmart, grocery store and places to eat out. Check in/out was easy, host was available if needed. Very friendly, would stay again.

Great for a place to stay while going to Mayo Clinic.

The unit was very nice, bright, and clean. Great location to many stores, restaurants while visiting Mayo Clinic. Would try to stay here if we had to come back to Mayo Clinic.

10 day medical visit

Great place to stay. Quite neighborhood, close to everything you need. Home is clean, nicely decorated, and comes with everything you need for your stay. Host is available and answers immediately. We had trouble finding the place due to it being a new neighborhood, she answered and even offered to to meet us. We will be staying here for all of our visits to the Mayo.

Perfect

The property was new and had everything we needed to be comfortable. While getting treatment at Mayo Clinic, it was nice that the drive back and forth was short and easy. Walmart, dollar tree, and several restaurants within 5 minutes. I loved having the garage to park my vehicle. The nearby beach area was a nice place to relax and fun for my child. If ever I am back in MN, this is the place I will stay.

Great Townhouse

we stayed at this townhouse for our visit to Mayo clinic. It wasn't close to Mayo but that didn't matter to us. The townhouse is very new, super clean and had most of what we needed. There are several stairs to access the bedroom upstairs but that worked for us. We liked that both bedrooms have their own bathrooms attached and another 2 piece bathroom on the main level. We found the townhouse to have most of what we needed but would have been great to have a pair of scissors, a lighter and some seating outside. The unit had too many plug in air fresheners for our family with asthma. Overall the unit was great.

Had you informed us of this, we would have gladly directed you to their proper locations. The scissors are stored with the set of knives in the kitchen, and the folding chairs can be found in the closet. Please note that lighters are not left on the premises for the safety of our customers, especially those with young children. My daughter and I and our dog stayed at this home for just over three weeks while my daughter treated at Mayo. The home was very clean, welcoming and spacious. The kitchen was enormous and had lots of counter space for meal prep. Plenty of pots, pans, cookware and dishware. The gas fireplace in the living room made it extra cozy. My daughter and I each had our own bedrooms each with separate bathroom which was nice. And our dog had lots of space as well. There is a small backyard which made it easy to take her out for breaks. And the property is very near to a biking/walking trail which was perfect for long walks with her as well. Overall, a lovely property with attentive hosts.
