I live in Cave Creek, AZ. I love the smaller community and enjoy the desert. Having a VRBO for 7 years in Carefree and enjoying all the guests I decided to purchase a condo at the Sanoran Sky to share a piece of the ocean. Rocky Point is truly so fun. The people, restaurants and beach is such a great getaway and reasonably priced. I take great pride of my home for myself and to share with others.

Why they chose this property

I recently purchased this condo. I always loved the Sanoran Sky for the more intimate and smaller resort on Sandy Beach. With the condo directly facing and the closest you can get to the beach, it’s so wonderful to open the patio doors at night and hear the waves.
I like that you are close to all the local restaurants but far enough away to not hear the noise.

What makes this property unique

All new furniture, ceiling fans, facets, paint, bedding, towels, linens etc.. and brand new to the rental pool.
