The neighborhood has a relaxed beachfront atmosphere with beautiful Sea of Cortez views, colorful sunsets and miles of Sandy Beach to enjoy. What we love most is having the peaceful feeling of a beach escape while still being close to everything. Guests can enjoy the pools, lazy river, golf course and resort restaurants, while El Malecón, downtown Puerto Peñasco and popular Sandy Beach dining and entertainment are only a short drive away.

Our unit is fully remodeled and what makes our property unique is its combination of elevated ocean views, comfort and resort convenience. Located on the 9th floor of Las Palomas Phase II, the condo features a large balcony with sweeping views of the Sea of Cortez, Sandy Beach and the resort pools. Inside, guests enjoy a bright, modern living space, a king size bed, a queen pull-out sofa, a fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer.
