The bedrooms offer 1 queen and 2 full-size bunk beds for a delightful night's sleep. Featuring a fireplace for a cozy cooler evening with furnace heating and AC, you'll stay comfortable no matter the season. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a hairdryer for your convenience. For boating enthusiasts, one 21-foot boat slip is available. Our dock located on the end dock space so there is room for a 24ft boat. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.

I have been hosting for 11 years. I recently got married. I loved this new cabin so much that I just purchased it in August of 2025. I like the Indian River area, and I'm excited to be on the Intracoastal Waterway between the two very nice lakes. I grew up in Cheboygan.

It is so quiet and peaceful. It's not far from town and the boat launch.
