Very beautiful, cozily appointed Florida style home! Located on the ever popular gated and guarded Windsor Palms Resort. Very close to Disney resorts.

The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom that boasts dual sinks and a garden bath. Single level home for easy access. TVs in all rooms. Outside you can lounge at the pool with spa, or jump in and take a swim!

Open floor plan with a living room/ dining room combo, and eat in kitchen with a breakfast bar

We came down for a golf vacation, the pool and spa were not working properly until mid week through our stay, the host was good with communication and eventually the hot tub worked for the last half of our stay. The bedroom furniture was old and needs to be replaced throughout the house, the mattresses were bad especially in the twin room. One of the beds was broken and unsleepable, the whole house needs new pillows, they were flat and old. Two of the three hairdryers were broken, living room and kitchen were pretty good, Although the stove had one burner that didn’t work properly and the oven would work on and off, might have been operator error? We’ve stayed in Windsor Palms, a half a dozen times. This is a great house but just needs a little TLC.

The house is comfy, the kitchen has everything you could need, the rooms are big and the place was very clean. We loved the location to Disney and flamingo crossings. Host got right back to me each time I messaged.

We stayed here for a quick trip to Disney. The location is fantastic. There was an issue with the AC but the owner and property manager were very responsive and got it fixed quickly! Located close to a walmart and publix. Neighborhood is very safe!

Perfect for a family get away

Highly recommend. This was a great location for my family of 4 plus my mother and aunt. Location was close enough to all major attractions in Orlando and even closer to general shopping including groceries. I would stay with them again if I were to return. Thank you!

Pool was well heated the entire 2 week stay as paid for, and we enjoyed swimming every day. The neighborhood was quiet and safe to walk in. We enjoyed watching a movie at the clubhouse movie theater, and the popcorn was less than $3.00 at the little store. Great location with dozens of restaurants and stores nearby. We are at Miller’s Ale house several times and would recommend for good quality food at a good price. The master bed was comfortable.

We had a great stay!

Check-in was super easy. The house was spotless and looked exactly as pictured. Kitchen was well-stocked. Even had an electric kettle which was great for us tea drinkers. The smoke alarm was beeping. I called the property manager and they fixed it within 30 minutes. The owner was polite and extremely accommodating. The pool was lovely and the hot tub was so relaxing after a long day at Disney. The pool furniture could use new cushions and the bed pillows were really flat. Minor inconveniences though and didn’t affect a very pleasurable stay. We would definitely return.

Location was great, property requires updating

The property is in a lovely, quiet location - close to the parks (10-15 min drive) and not far from the lively W Irlo Bronson highway with all that has to offer - restaurants and shops. The property itself was relatively clean, spacious and, more importantly, refreshingly cool during the hot/humid spell. Unfortunately, the house requires a lot of updating - a lot of the furniture needs replacing due to damage - and the decorating needs updating. The bed in the master bedroom is too high - you almost need a step to get on to it ! Whilst the pool is of good size, the lining is damaged on steps into the pool and the floor itself. So much potential but, unfortunately, we would not stay here again unless it was updated.

The master bed is equipped with a memory foam mattress topper that many guests have found comfortable. The topper is removable, revealing a standard-height mattress similar to those in the US. We also provide a step stool in the bathroom for added convenience. Regarding the pool steps, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will address it with our maintenance team.

Great setup, but only moderately maintained

We requested a 1pm check-in, which the owner accommodated and was great! The layout was just what we needed (according to the pictures). The WiFi worked fine. Cons:One burner on the stove did not work at all, the other three only worked intermittently. We almost could not prepare our Chicken Fajitas due to the power unexpectedly going off on all three other burnersThere was a lot of loose rocks in the bottom of the pool...was quite oddThere was a lot of green, moldy looking stuff both above and below the water line of the poolOne of the twin beds was bent so far in the middle that the whole bed taco'ed. Thankfully a child slept on it....and adult would have been unableBoth the pool table (so bent in the middle that balls rolled to the middle in a cluster) and the air hockey table (many air vents didn't work, didn't keep score) had signfiicant flaws and don't function well enough to really be usable.We found a dead lizard inside one dayThe TV remotes did not seem to work well at all, and the TV lagged so severely that the audio was about 2 seconds behind the videoThe towels provided were really old and rattyWhen the house temperature got above 75 it took like 4 to 5 hours for the AC to catch up.Bottom line for us...this home uses the same blueprint as most of the other other homes in the neighborhood. The neighborhood and clubhouse were great...we will pick a different home in this same neighborhood next time to avoid the difficulties we faced.

Me and my partner and family and friends all stayed here for 3 weeks and had a fantastic time had an issue or two with the pool heating but it was sorted straight away. Very safe and friendly, old town Kissimmee is only 10 mins away which we love and plenty of restaurants and bars around not to far and parks are only down the road. Walmart and the gas station 4 minutes away was absolute gold also! The villa itself was very clean, tidy and comfy plus air hockey and a pool table in the garage was an awesome bonus! Already planning another trip! Thanks again

Luxury home from home

We all loved the open plan aspect of the villa. The heated pool was a great success with all three generations. The surrounding area was so safe and pleasant. The clubhouse was a delight. The owner was friendly and extremely helpful. We re- scheduled twice due to covid and appreciated his understanding and help. We would highly recommend this villa and hope to return ourselves one day.

Great location to the parks

My family and I had wonderful time with relatively easy access to all of the Disney parks. If not for traffic, Universal would have been easily accessible as well. There were some minor issues but the property manager replied quickly to my email and all is good.
