We had a great stay and the host was fantastic. Very responsive and helpful. Close enough to things we needed and tucked away from traffic. Nice, quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

The accommodations were very good. Clean and comfortable. Great beds and bathrooms. I did not see a grill outside, but we made it without one.I sometimes have difficulty with wifi when traveling, so please keep in mind that texting may be an easier way to communicate with me.Thanks. I expect to visit again.

Great location with restaurants nearby and only 15 minutes from the beach. Very nice seating area outside and a quiet neighborhood. It was nice to have TVs in the bedrooms and a large variety of channel options for those rainy days and evenings in. I would definitely stay here again. The hosts were very communicative and easy to work with.

Lovely space - extra amenities for the beach were so appreciated- beds were very comfy - thoughtful items, soaps, shampoos were great. It was quiet, pretty and so easy to get to everything !

Imagine not having checkin instructions until you’re a couple of hours away when you’re supposed to have them the morning of. Being on the phone with VRBO support for 4 hours as you travel there. Booking another place much further away from your destination because there was nothing else available so last minute. Then having to cancel because the host finally responded. The Pearl was beautiful aesthetically, mostly clean, but the smell of weed was overwhelming. Ultimately it didn’t start well but the trip was enjoyable.
