'Isla Vida' is a spacious 1,050 sq. ft. coastal furnished condo. Master Bedroom has a Stearns and Foster queen size mattress. Second bedroom has a queen size bed. Living area has a 42"TV, sleeper sofa, fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy morning coffee on the patio in the small private backyard. Equipped with washer and dryer.

The condo was in a great location. Walking distance to the beach and a short drive to the local shopping and dinning. My boys loved fishing from the doc as well as Bob Hail Pier. Can’t wait to come back.

Home away from home

We had a great stay. Everything was just as described and you have access to a pool, lake, and the beach. There are even bars within walking distance. The best part is how quiet the complex is and how safe we felt there. I highly recommend!

Amazing condo, decorated so pretty and had everything we needed!

The condo was so close to the beach, and we loved walking down to the dock to fish. It is decorated so pretty with tons of space for us as a big family. Having two bathrooms plus a washer/dryer made it a great place to stay for the whole week. The kitchen had everything we needed too. The HEB was super close and we discovered some great restaurants just minutes away. The neighbors were really nice. We loved staying here, and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun but peaceful vacation.

A little piece of heaven.

We absolutely loved it here. Fully stocked. Had toys for the beach, fishing poles to go fish off the dock, extra towels, all cooking needs, and much more. All the people we came across at the dock were so friendly. We felt very safe to let the kids run around. Plus Myra (the owner) went above and beyond by searching the property for my daughters that she had left while on the property. They are very sweet and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again.

100% gonna return

I want to stress how awesome Mr. And Mrs. Haney were with any of the needs we had. The washing machine washed its last load and we had a new one the next day. We will definitely be renting with them in the future. The property was clean and very well kept.

Loved it!

I highly recommend this rental! Big, clean, well stocked, comfortable beds and furniture. Walking distance to the beach. Nice little pool on the property. Hubby and kiddos loved the on site fishing dock. Property managers were quick to reply to messages. We will be back!

Great neighborhood, not so good floors

Location is great. Interior very good. The kitchen can be improved though. Pans are worn out and limited. The check-in process can be improved too. The floors are not insulated at all and we could hear everything the folks upstairs were up to. Especially they were late sleepers and that was a problem with our little kids.

Great Location!

The location of this rental is amazing! You've got the lagoon out back and the beach a block away. Unfortunately we lost a couple of nights here due to hurricane Hanna, but the owners worked with us and were very helpful and responsive to all of my emails :) If you're planning a trip here, I definitely recommend this condo! Thanks for the memories and for being such great hosts!

The condo was great! Very short drive/walk to the beach. Fishing off the back pier (behind condo). Large gas grill and swimming pool. It was a quiet property, made relaxing easy. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

Perfect vacation spot for water lovers!

We really enjoyed our stay in this charming apartment. It is well decorated and comfortable with everything you might need readily available. Its just a short stroll to the beach or you can cool off in their crystal clear pool. There is a nice dock behind the complex that provides excellent sunset views over the canal. We also enjoyed the friendly and helpful people of North Padre. They really added to our wonderful experience. We had easy and quick interactions with the homeowner and would highly recommend this location to others!

Lovely place in a wonderful area

My family and I loved our stay here. The location was great; it was extremely close to the beach and even closer to a swimming pool (complete with grill) and a 5 minute drive to some amazing restaurants. The actual condo was very comfortable and well furnished. Plenty of room for me and the family, which was key to a very relaxing visit. I'd highly recommend it!
