This house was perfect for our girls getaway! So close to the beach and so close to the restaurants/bars in the Village. Also, the pool/hangout area was AMAZING!

This was the perfect house for our group of 15! There were great rooms for everyone and plenty of space to gather and spend time together. The location couldn’t have been better—easy walk to the beach and into town, so we didn’t need a car at all. The pool was a huge bonus and we all had an amazing time.

The place was beautiful, the location was excellent. The outside space was great with the pool, hot tub and slide.One of the 2 grills ran out of gas and they responded in less than 24 hours. Rental company was easy to contact and excellent to work with.

The house was perfect for our needs! Everyone was able to enjoy their own bedroom and bath. The pool and hot tub were wonderful! Our host was very responsive to any questions we had. The location can’t be beat. Walk a block in one direction and you’re at the beach path. Walk a block another direction and you’re in Siesta Key Village. I highly recommend!!

Just two comments on our glorious stay: the rug in the great room is a serious trip hazard. Most of us tripped because it slides and bunches. My other comment is that at least one shower should have grab bars and maybe a seat. I am slightly handicapped and sure wish there had been grab bars for my security. I also can’t stand long enough for a good shower, so being able to sit and use the handheld would have been so helpful. My daughter said it would have been nice to have enough trash bags and dishwasher detergent for our days there. Otherwise, the house was beyond our expectations! We loved the pool area. Thank you so much for our fantastic vacation!

The house was excellent. We had a large group and we each had our own room with bathroom. Kids shared rooms. Nice living room area to sit and have coffee together. Best part was the location. It was a quick walk to the beach and to the village. We did not have to drive to get something to eat. Kids enjoyed walking around the village on their own. I was able to take my wagon into the grocery store and shop for supplies. Beats getting into the car and driving to the store. Host was quick to answer any of my questions. I would stay there again.
