Located within 5-20 minutes of most High Peaks trailheads, this clean, modern studio apartment with three beds, one bathroom and a small kitchenette (no kitchen sink) is perfect for hikers seeking a base camp during their High Peaks adventures. The apartment sits above a garage across from the main house. NOTE THAT THE MAIN HOUSE MAY BE OCCUPIED BY THE OWNERS DURING YOUR STAY.

The apartment includes two full-size beds and one twin bed. The living room area is furnished with two sofas, a television equipped with AppleTV and a stereo system. The kitchenette includes an induction stovetop, toaster oven, microwave and coffee maker.
