We loved this place. It looks newly renovated and it’s in a great area. Plenty of restaurants and stores just feet away but also very peaceful and quiet. The air conditioning was great and the veranda with a view to the Eiffel was awesome! And it’s about a 15 minute walk to the tower itself. Would definitely come back. Things to know: while the veranda is spacious and wonderful you have to climb through a walk out window to get to it. It’s not small but not large either. You have to duck and slide sideways a little to get in and out. Wasn’t a problem for us but thought people should know. But the deck is spacious which ISN’T common for France so totally worth the maneuvering. Also the showers were all great but also all small as typical in Europe. It’s a tight fit and I’m only 5’9”. Also only one of the TVs had Netflix and streaming capability. This was odd as you were stuck with only a few French Speaking channels on the living room TV. Of course we’re not visiting Paris to watch TV but at the end of the day of site seeing you want to relax and watch a show or something. We found this odd because the rest of the apartment is so modern and any new TV would have streaming capability built in. So if they replaced the TVs or made them streaming capable it would be the perfect apartment. We bring an iPad and HDMI cord when we travel so it wasn’t a big problem for us. I just wanted to mention these things so people can prepare, but we absolutely loved the apartment!
