Just steps from the beach, our 1,650 sq ft townhouse with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths has beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico from its two balconies. Located south of scenic 30A in a gated community that features beautifully landscaped green space and access to a pool (heated in the winter months) and large hot tub. Private access to the beach is located directly across the green space from the townhouse, just a short stroll to magnificent white beaches.
First floor features:
-Bedroom - 2 queen size beds and TV. (Full-size crib and pack-n-play available)
-Common area with twin over full size bunk bed and Smart TV.
-Full bath with shower
-Patio with gas grill
Second floor features:
-Living area with Smart TV, and large balcony with seating and dining area.
-Kitchen equipped with everything needed for preparing meals, bar seating for 6.
-Half bathroom.
-full size washer and dryer
Third level features:
-Master bedroom - King size bed, Smart TV and a balcony with fantastic views of the Gulf!
-Bedroom - Queen size bed and Smart TV.
-Full bath with shower.

Secure Wi-fi and cable included. 4 bikes available for guest use. Beach chairs, floats and toys also included for a great day at the beach!

Complex is located within walking and biking distance to Gulf Place which has a great coffee shop and several fabulous restaurants; the Perfect Pig (awesome breakfast), Pizza by the Sea and Shunk Gulley, an oyster bar with big screen TVs to watch your favorite sports team with unbelievable Gulf views AND great oysters! As well as several venues that offer live music!
The famous 30A beaches in Florida features a walking/bike path that spans more than 18 miles, linking 12+quaint artsy beach towns including Seaside and Watercolor (6 miles from our place) where you can find unique shops and eateries.
Destin's Grand Boulevard and Baytowne Wharf shops, restaurants and movie theaters, as well as the Silver Sands outlet shopping center, are only 10 minutes away! Destin's HarborWalk Village entertainment complex is 18 miles to the west and Panama City Beach's Pier Park entertainment complex is only 25 miles to the east!

This is our first time visiting 30a so we did a lot of research on where to stay. This lovely place was perfect for our family. It was very clean and so convenient being so close to the beach. After a long day at the beach, we looked forward to coming back to the house to relax. Tracy was also very good at responding back quickly with answering our questions. Thank you!

Great stay in Santa Rosa!

We loved the townhome! It was very clean, well appointed and very comfortable. It was beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen is extremley well stocked, the view is great (especially on the top floor), the location is also great very very close to the beach access. Tracy is very quick to respond. She left us waters and snacks, which was a nice touch! I highly recommend!! Thank you for a great stay!

Wonderful family fall break

We had a great stay over fall break! It was so nice to be able to walk to beach and not haul stuff too far. It was nice having equipment to use such as chairs, umbrellas, kayak and bikes, some show some signs of wear, but still great to have available. The beach area wasn’t crowded and we had perfect weather. We enjoyed church on the beach Sunday and the farmers market that evening at Gulf place. We missed the coffee shop at the Gulf Place, but at Gulfvire rental you can get drinks and

Everything was awesome

This was our first time at Santa Rosa Beach and we're glad that we picked this beautiful home. Everything was fantastic: the communication with the owners, the location and cleanliness of the house as well as its wonderful, beachy and tasteful decor (not to mention the great views of the ocean from the second and third floor). It felt like home right from the get go! We stayed with 3 adults and 2 kids aged 15 and 12. Everybody had more than enough space and the kids afterwards said it was the best vacation they've ever had! We really can't say enough good things about our stay and would definitely come back here again.

Fourth of July 2025

The property was clean and the host was very welcoming and responsive. We loved the gate for the community as we felt safer with our kids walking in the complex without tons of in and out traffic. The beach gear provided was very useful to us because we did not have to pack beach gear besides our own towels, life jackets for the kids and a few beach toys. There are lots of options for dinner nearby. Sadly we did not get to try the ice cream places as the times we went out there were lines of people down the street waiting. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and pots and pans for cooking. The grocery store is about 2.2 miles from the property so we cooked breakfast and a few dinners in the unit. We had so much fun at the beach we didn't even use the pool!

A wonderful location in the heart of Santa Rosa

We thoroughly enjoyed our time while staying here. I wanted a location that we could walk to restaurants from and we were able to walk to several of them. My husband wanted a house that was close to the beach and this is a 1 minute walk to the sand dunes. We brought in groceries for breakfast and lunch and the house was stocked with everything we could possibly need. Communication was excellent. We were given clear and easy instructions for accessing the house and the pool. The views from the balcony were beautiful. The kids loved being able to use the boogie boards and we all used the bikes to get around town. The beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this house and we will definitely stay here again in the future.

Charming townhouse! Excellent location!

This property made for the perfect, summer family vacation! The living and kitchen area is bigger than I imagined in the pictures. The extra space on the balconies is quite a bonus! The decor is darling and comfy! We felt right at home! We thoroughly enjoyed the very short walk to the beach, as well as the beach views and the pool. The sugar white, soft sand on 30A is the best there is. Various family members used the bikes and the grandkids loved the variety of board games (we all enjoyed them!). In addition, there are TV's in every room and Netflix. Woohoo! The beach was extra perfect at this busy time of year. The beach area in front of the townhouses was not overcrowded, unlike almost every other area on 30A at this time of the year. We come to this area often and enjoy the large variety of restaurants available. The Perfect Pig is just around the corner, and does not disappoint. The menu and the staff are both wonderful! We would love to come back to this darling location again. Everyone in the family loved it! Thanks Tracy for sharing your home with us!

Perfect spot!

This townehome was great! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed from grill tools to plastic dishes for the kids. Although we couldn’t see the actual beach there was a beautiful view of the ocean. The main floor closet was well stocked with chairs, an umbrella, lots of beach toys and a body board. We still brought our own things, but these were a nice added bonus especially for those who don’t own those items. This to consider when choosing this place to stay. No elevators to wait on, no parking pass to pay for, no parking garage to mess with, no luggage cart. You can park right by the door to unload. The walk to the beach is close or closer than that of a condo. Two beach access ramps to choose from. The owners were great and very responsive. Would stay here again!

Perfect Vacation

This rental had everything! A beautiful view from the 3rd floor balcony, steps to the pool and the beach, walking distance to restaurants. It came equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, and even a wagon to haul it all. We saw the owners a couple of times and they were very friendly, welcoming, and available.

Perfect home and location

We stayed at this home for 7 nights. The location was perfect and walking distance to Shunk Gulley and shopping. The gated community made the home feel very safe. The pool, hot tub and beach where fantastic and just a short walk from the home. The house comes with everything you need for a family to enjoy the beach. Tracy and Jim were very accommodating and easy to work with. We would absolutely book this home again in the future. There were many updates that came as a surprise. The beds were super comfortable, as was all the other furniture. If I had to find a negative, which isn't really one, I'd say that if you are older and don't do well with stairs, this three story home might not be the place for you. For our family of five it wasn't an issue and was perfect. Great views of the ocean from the 2nd and 3rd story balcony. Great memories were made here in beautiful Santa Rosa!

Great location on the beach!

We had an awesome time at Miramar Beach! Location was walking distance to a great coffee shop and ice cream parlor! Would recommend this to anyone who wants close access to the beach without all of the hustle of a lot of traffic.

Outstanding Beach Getaway! STEPS FROM THE OCEAN. 6*s!

This property is unbelievable. We had a great stay on 30A. Walking distance to a few clutch restaurants and very close to Publix for groceries. The townhome is in a complex with a great HEATED pool and hot tub and very easy access. The host had a several beach chairs and umbrellas that we could just carry to the beach each day. I couldn't recommend this place more highly

We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation! Tracy was AMAZING! Offered so much information on the area and things to do while we were there. The property was excellent! Clean, spacious, had everything we needed for the most comfortable stay! Location to the beach was perfect for quick runs if you left anything. My husband and I grew up in the Kansas City area but have moved around with the US Army and are currently stationed in Alabama.

Why they chose this property

We started taking our kids on beach vacations when they were little, travelling to beautiful beaches in Mexico, the Caribbean, Florida and along the East Coast. We have had several trips to the Destin area but fell in love with the 30A area when we were introduced to all the small beach towns that make it up. We loved that it has a small beach town feel but is within 10-20 minutes of all Destin has to offer. We were sold on this townhouse as soon as we saw the amazing Gulf views, the beautifully landscaped wide greenspace and a short walk across the greenspace to the emerald waters and white sandy beach! Our kids are now grown but still love to come to the beach with us!

What makes this property unique

We enjoy having a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while enjoying the gorgeous views from the balconies! Being able to walk or ride a bike to a number of local restaurants, ice cream shops, live entertainment and shops is a great benefit of our location!
