The beautiful front double doors entrance leads directly into the enclosed lanai, with multiple seating areas, and seperate entrances into the house.
The main living space is open to a large kitchen and dining area, equipped with everything you'll need to enjoy meals with family and friends. There is a closet in the hall with baby/toddler needs such as 2 pack N plays, 2 high chairs, and a stroller for your use. There is a full bathroom with a large tub in the main area as well.
The primary suite features a king bed, full bathroom with a large walk in shower, and a sliding door leading out to the lanai. The second bedroom offers a bunk bed, and a day bed that converts into a king bed if you prefer a larger option. This room also has a play area for children and a door leading out to the lanai. The guest suite has its own entrance, separate from the rest of the house. There is a queen bed and full bathroom with a large walk in shower.
In the garage you will find 2 beach cruiser bikes, kayak/beach/pool equipment and grilling accessories for your use and convenience. You will also find beach towels and whatever you may need to make your pets comfortable as well.
The back yard has a shed with 4 kayaks hung up for your enjoyment.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Lock all exterior doors and windows. Shut (but do not lock) sliding glass doors. Gather all linens and towels in one bathroom. Put back neatly any games or books used.
