Your cozy getaway awaits in Alamogordo at this charming house. Plenty of space for parking. Home is located on over an acre of land. With 3 bedrooms including a king, queen, and bunk bed, guests will have plenty of space to relax. The 2 bathrooms feature a shower, jetted bathtub, and hair dryer for added convenience. Enjoy the wonderful heating and AC during your stay. Newly renovated game room in the garage with split unit. New backyard with turf and putting green. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave linens on beds. Place all used towels in laundry room. Turn up the AC to 80 or turn down the heater to 65. Turn off all lights and split unit in garage. Load dishwasher and start.
Take out all trash to bins on the side of the house.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO smoking or vaping inside the home or garage. If evidence of smoking there will be a 250.00 fine. Smoking allowed outside only.
