A Warm Welcome Home to Quiet Comfort

Beautiful 5 KING premium memory foam bedroom house located in Louisville Kentucky. You and your family will enjoy the quiet and beautiful back yard with a large patio as you lay back and relax in this beautiful house. The house is quite amazing for family trips, vacations, special events or just for an all around trip where you just need to unplug and relax.

Come and enjoy this amazing, beautiful house!

We have 5 rooms with 5 king beds! . The 2 couches both have a queen pullout mattress.. We have furnished our home with comfortable beds that will allow you to have a very restful stay! We have 2 waterfall WALK IN showers in this renovated home, and one bathtub. 2 TVS- one smart TV with Netflix signed in. The other with ROKU with direct TV app with HBO. Large load washer and dryer in the basement. Use of a grill, and wood burning fireplace.

The house capacity is 14 people. Any additional guests need to be approved by us. If a party is being planned, if it is allowed, there will be an additional fee of $300-$500. Please do not plan a party at the house without discussing with us first. There are parking issues and other discrepancies to be determined before we can allow additional guests at the house.

Perfect for extended family

We stayed here while in Kentucky for a family wedding. This house was perfect for our family. The beds were so comfortable, and the waterfall showers were amazing! I would definitely stay here again.

Family Trip

We were pleased to find a home that held our whole family and was convenient to our relatives' home. We really appreciated having king size beds in all the bedrooms. The basement playroom was terrific!

Excellent!!!

Perfect choice for our visit to Louisville for a work conference! Roomy, clean, beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. We loved the beautiful neighborhood where we took morning and evening walks… and the host was great!

Large family vacation

Highly recommend going to the Ark encounter if you can, it's an all day experience! Loved this area and how kid friendy things were. Theres a great park and splash pad (Robison Park) nearby. This house was extremely kid friendly lots of toys in yhe basement and backyard.

Great property

We stayed here for a Veterans convention. The property was perfect for our group and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The neighbor came out and introduced himself when we arrived and even helped us out with an issue. Nice neighborhood, plenty of shops and food in the area. Easy access to downtown and expo center. House was well appointed and just like the pics. We didn’t have any children in our group but the house has a lot of boredom busters (toys and play areas) for those traveling and staying with children.

Perfect for the Family

Our family of 9 was able to spend great time playing games and enjoying each other’s company and then had plenty of space for privacy and sleeping. All of the king size beds were very comfortable with great pillows. Having the dining and living areas connected made our time together comfortable. We were unable to make use of the outdoor spaces as it was overcast and raining but the yard would be very nice to use. I recommend this home to others.

Pleasant Stay

Our family of 10 was comfortable in the house. Owner very quick to respond to issues or questions. Beds were fantastically comfortable, so much so I want one! Location was a bit far from downtown Louisville than I thought, 20min. there was a big Kroger just down the street for any needs. There were no garbage bags in the trash bins, owner willing to drop off some but Kroger was very convenient for supplies. As far as cleanliness, one big issue, plate of potatoes was left in microwave, not sure how old but it was moldy and there were flies inside. Housekeeping needs to be more detailed. Carpet upstairs could also use a deep clean. Recycle bin was overflowing so much so we had to leave our recycle on the driveway. Overall, pleasant and comfortable stay for our group to tour Bourbon country.

Great house

The listing was accurate, beds were comfortable, bathrooms were nice and the patio was the perfect place to end our long days. We enjoyed staying here for our annual family trip to Kentucky, and sad it’s already booked for our week next year so we can’t come back!

Derby Delight! FIVE STARS all around

This property - and the owner - were a 10/10!!! From the moment I started communicating with the owner about her property she was SUPER responsive and went above and beyond to make our trip AMAZING! We had a group of 10 adults in town for the Kentucky Derby - no one had been to the Derby before and we were not familiar with the area. Sarah was like a concierge at a 5-star hotel!!! She recommended restaurants, areas to go, timing for the Derby weekend, etc. The house was perfect for our group! The bedrooms accommodated 10 adults perfectly (5 king bedrooms). Sarah had thoughtful touches throughout -- a beautiful welcome gift when we arrived, roses in every room for the 'Run for the Roses', and she even planted flowers in front of the house before our arrival, which made for a perfect photo backdrop. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sarah, her home, and her hospitality! We felt so welcome; it felt more like staying at a friends house than a VRBO. Highly recommend!

Great property and space…needs some TLC

Great space and location! Beds were extremely comfortable. Outdoor patio was great, but needed to be cleaned. Upon arrival there was an issue with the HVAC system. Owner had service sent the following day. The problem was resolved. Upon arrival, the entire downstairs needed to be cleaned. The refrigerator was dirty, the counters had something sticky on them, there were pieces of whole food on the floor and the entire floor needed to be vacuumed/swept. There was coffee left in the coffee pot as well. The owner apologized but nothing was done about it. Things people should know 1 - there is a limited amount of paper products provided, if you stay for more than a few days you will need to provide your own. 2 - there are towels ONLY, no wash clothes. 3 - there was a limited amount of garbage bags 4 - the dryer takes longer to dry items than anticipated 5. - tons of closet space with hangers, much appreciated 6 - the rooms and living area are extremely spacious 7 - comes with gas grill and fire pit, only one tank that will need to be filled if empty 8 - truly a great space for a large group. We never felt crowded 9 - fast internet and SMART TV’s 10 - has lots of kids/baby items - we did not need. Overall, we loved the space just would like it be be a little cleaner.

Lots to do in Louisville

House is in a great location. Recommend distillery tour and museums. Upscale neighborhood. Comfy. Well equiped. Sarah is a wonderful host. Would stay here again.

The house is wonderful and Centrally located. Very clean and organized. The beds were very comfortable and the showers were great! We had all adults on our trip but there was plenty of stuff for children as well (toys, slide, trampoline, pack n play).

Perfect gathering place for a multiple-family get-together

We appreciated the number of bedrooms, large beds, big kitchen table, outdoor space, and basement full of kids toys. The neighborhood was quiet and a nice place to walk in the mornings. It was a quick drive to the grocery store and not too far from other adventures (the zoo, Churchill Downs, the four bridges). We would stay here again!

great home away from home

We loved this property. The large table, open floor plan, and five bedrooms were ideal for our multi-generational getaway. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and perfect for walks (on sidewalks). Kroger grocery is only a mile or two away on an easy drive. The generous outdoor seating, large back yard, small trampoline, frisbee, and generous amount of toys in the basement were very appealing. Sarah was kind and very easy to deal with. I'd like to see a small dresser in each room and more towels in the upstairs hall bath. We got some from another bath, so no problem. I would absolutely stay here again!

New Year's in Louisville

This was a beautiful home in a very nice neighborhood. We had some issues when we first arrived which I think were left over from previous renters. Sarah was very quick to respond and address all the issues in a timely manner. We would definitely stay there again.
