This property has recently been updated and is ready for you. Whether you are here for business or pleasure Magnolia Greens Plantation Getaway is sure to check all the boxes on your list. This 3rd floor 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo ( best golf course view in Magnolia Green) is centrally located a few miles from Historic Downtown Wilmington and 20-30 minutes from some of North Carolina’s most beautiful beaches. Magnolia Greens Golf Plantation is a 27-Hole golf course and is one of the best public course’s in the area.
The condo has a full kitchen, a master bedroom with a king bed (that can be separated into 2 twins) and attached bathroom. One additional bedroom with 2 full beds, and a full bathroom. This room is equipped with a microwave, mini fridge and coffee maker. All bed and bath linens provided. Screen porch with an amazing view overlooking the 15th Hole. The condo is equipped with WiFi, Cable TV, and Washer & Dryer to make this your home away from home.

Condo is also available for month to month (3 month max) rentals for people relocating to the area in the off season.

Nice Location

Condo is in a very nice area in Leland and has lots of room. Amenities are close by. Owner was prompt and easy to communicate with which was appreciated. Thank you for sharing your condo with others.

Sparkling clean and well-appointed property

It is very rare when a rental property exceeds your expectations, however this one did. We were so pleased and impressed with the absolute cleanliness, the amenities, the convenient location, and the host's attention to details to ensure our comfort during our stay here. The community of Magnolia Greens itself is beautiful and peaceful. We already plan to come back soon and just hope this property will be available when we do.

Great Stay

Convenient location, spotless, beautiful condo. Hosts were helpful and responded quickly to any questions. Place was stocked with supplies. Very comfortable bed. Overlooks golf course. Nice to sit and have your morning coffee watching the golfers. Can’t wait to stay again.

Wonderful condo

This condo is in a perfect location! Beautiful location and close to downtown Wilmington. Great accommodations for two adult couples with seperate bedrooms and bathrooms. Remember to get toilet tissue, there is only one roll provided however, we needed to get snacks and coffee so it wasn't any trouble. Will definitely recommend staying here and look forward to coming back.

Wonderful stay for my visiting in-laws

The condo was perfect. Location was great. Everything was sparkling clean and all the necessities and more were available. It was a very spacious unit, with a wonderful screened in porch to look out over the golf course. Communication with the owners was great. They even checked in after to make sure we were all good and didn't need anything. Hoping to rent here again for their next visit!

Robert and I grow up in the Southern part of Virginia . We have been married for 35 years and have 2 adult children that are out on their own. Magnolia Greens is the perfect spot for us to enjoy fun and sun.

Why they chose this property

We recently purchased this vacation home from some dear friends. We always spent our vacations in the area, so we decided to purchase our own vacation home for our whole family to enjoy for years to come.
