Great Property in Wilmington!

We visited Wilmington for a wedding and stayed at this property to be convenient to the wedding location. It was perfect! The property was clean and well-stocked. The property manager was fantastic with communication and if we had needed anything, I am sure she would have taken care of it immediately. We will stay here again when visiting family in the area.

NCLEX Get Away

The property is clean with tasteful decor. It had everything we needed. When I saw how close we were to the airport and interstate I was concerned about noise but it was NOT an issue at all! We all found our beds to be very comfortable. The location was perfect for our needs. We would definitely stay here again

About the host

Hosted by Quenita Winston

Host profile image
Hello and welcome! I’m Quenita, a proud North Carolina native with deep roots across the state and a special love for the beautiful coastal city of Wilmington.

When I’m not working as a Registered Nurse, I pour my heart into creating welcoming spaces where guests can relax, reconnect, and make lasting memories.

My journey as a host began with a simple belief: the right environment can bring a little more peace, joy, and balance into our lives. That belief inspired Peace of Happiness Vacations and continues to shape the experience I hope to provide every guest.

Whether you're visiting Wilmington for a family getaway, a beach vacation, a celebration, or simply some much-needed time away, my goal is for you to feel comfortable, cared for, and truly at home.

Welcome to Peace of Happiness Vacations. I look forward to hosting you!

Why they chose this property

I chose this neighborhood because it offers the balance I love about Wilmington—a peaceful place to come home to while still being conveniently located near the best the city has to offer.

Guests can spend the day exploring historic downtown Wilmington, enjoying the Riverwalk, visiting local restaurants and shops, or heading toward the coast for a beach day. When the day is over, you can return to a comfortable residential setting away from the busier tourist areas.

I especially love that this location gives guests flexibility. Whether you're visiting for a family vacation, a weekend getaway, a special occasion, or simply some time near the coast, you can enjoy Wilmington at your own pace and still have a relaxing place to return to.

For me, that's what Peace of Happiness is all about—having a comfortable home base where you can enjoy the destination while still finding time to slow down, reconnect, and relax.

What makes this property unique

What makes Coastal Peace of Happiness special is that it was designed to be more than just a place to sleep. I wanted guests to have a home where they could enjoy their vacation even on the days they never leave the property.

From relaxing in the seasonal pool or hot tub, to gathering around the fire pit, enjoying a cookout, watching movies together, or spending time in the garage game room and gym, there are multiple spaces to relax, play, and reconnect.

I’ve put a great deal of care into creating a home that feels comfortable, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared for families and groups traveling together.

That experience is at the heart of Peace of Happiness Vacations, creating a space where you can settle in, make memories, and truly enjoy your time away.
