Meribeth and I have been married over40 years. I taught and coached at the high school I attended for over 34 years. We started Rec Sports in Grand Rapids, MI. We enjoy faith, family, friends, sports, and traveling. We have hosted thousands of people in our home for church, FCA, and friends.

We try to live our lives by the Golden Rule: “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”

Why they chose this property

Surrounded by water. Completely remodeled. Overlooking the pool and bay from the living room and master bedroom and overlooking the Ocean (Gulf of America from the guest bedroom). Private beach access to the Gulf Beaches just across the secluded street. Ocean and bay breezes make it comfortable any time of year. Dolphins playing outside your front window nearly every day. Wildlife sanctuary; Great shopping; Great fishing right off the dock or shore. Excellent neighborhood, extremely safe.

What makes this property unique

The Bonita Beach/North Naples area has beautiful beaches, bays, and weather at any time of year. The condo has just been completely remodeled, including all flooring, both bathrooms, new soaking tub and showers, all living areas and both bedrooms. The bedrooms and bathrooms have a split plan and are separated from each other. The main bedroom has a king bed and the guest bedroom has a queen bed. 55 inch high def tv in the living room and separate high def tv in the master bedroom with over 200 channels and DDR. One bathroom has a soaking tub/shower and the other has a walk-in shower. The 160 foot lanai is great for leisurely coffee, meals, or watching dolphins, paddleboards and boats passing by. The expansive sun deck has ocean views and is right out the front door. The guest suite can be closed off and has a separate bedroom, bath, and closet space. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms, the living area and there are two ceiling fans on the lanai. The lanai has screens and glass doors so the lanai doors can be closed if it's too cold or too hot.

There is 1100 square feet in addition to 160 square feet on the enclosed lanai.
