Plenty of space for friends/family in this home referred to as "The Lodge". Watch the variety of birds on covered front porch rain/shine.
Open cozy concept with large kitchen, dining & living space. All spaces equipped with main essentials! Att garage for use. Nice firepit area to enjoy w/wood available on site. A/C & Electric Fireplace.
Enough room for up to 12 adults to sleep comfortably. King and Queen on main level and 2 twin beds upstairs in the beautiful Loft space atop 2 full beds. Additional full bed located upstairs as well along with a half bath.
Come gather as a family, grab your girlfriends & sip coffee on the front patio before maybe a hike at one of the beaches / waterfalls nearby or even grab your buddies to head out on your ATV/UTV for the day.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
The Big Black Garbage Cans in the Attached Garage can be used for any garbage. If you choose to recycle, there is a bin in marked "recycle". We appreciate you taking out all your trash at checkout.
Please set Both Thermostats to 65 degrees for HEAT when you leave. (If using the A/C unit, please set to 72 degrees or above upon checkout)
Please make sure to lock the keypad on outside door when you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
