Welcome to Gma’s House — a thoughtfully designed 3-bedroom, 2-bath retreat in the heart of Clear Lake.

Relax in comfortable living spaces, enjoy Smart TVs in every bedroom and the living room, stay connected with Wi-Fi, or unwind in the private backyard. A whole-home Generac generator adds extra peace of mind during your stay.

Ideally located near NASA, Baybrook Mall, dining and Clear Lake attractions, with downtown Houston about 30 minutes north and Galveston’s beaches about 30 minutes south. It’s a comfortable home base for exploring the Gulf Coast while still feeling settled at home.

The home is spotless, the layout is most excellent. This home itself is spacious, with a large beautiful yard. No neighbors are located behind the property, and the neighborhood itself was very quiet. The location is convenient to all things fun in the Clear Lake area.The host provided immediate and/or helpful communication(s)!We highly recommend this property, and hope to return again soon! This is a lovely home, quiet neighborhood, the host is by far the best. This home has everything you need and is so comfortable. One thing that is not mentioned about this home, it has a backup emergency that will power the whole home.I highly recommend this beautiful home.Thank you Kyle

I started hosting in September 2025 after years of traveling with my mother and staying in short-term rentals around the country. Those experiences taught me what makes a stay feel comfortable, thoughtful and easy. When I created Gma’s House, I included many of the details we always appreciated and looked for when we traveled.

Why they chose this property

We love Clear Lake because it offers a great mix of restaurants, shopping, recreation and easy access to the greater Houston and Gulf Coast area. The area continues to grow, with new dining, entertainment and attractions opening regularly, while still maintaining a comfortable neighborhood feel.

What makes this property unique

This was my parents’ home, and it has been completely renovated while still keeping a sense of its history. I incorporated a few vintage pieces and books throughout the house to give it warmth and character. The goal was to create a place that feels fresh and comfortable, but not generic — a home with personality where guests can truly relax.
