Sand Dollar, just the vacation home you have been searching for. Light, airy, and plenty of space indoors and outdoors to soak up the sun and slowly drift into a vacation state of mind.
Located just south of the Manatee River in beautiful Bradenton, Florida, Sand Dollar is perfectly located just a 10 minute drive to the tranquil beaches of Anna Maria Island, IMG Academies, and the award winning Downtown Riverwalk.

This newly renovated home offers a tropical paradise on an oversized lot offering plenty of room for kids to play, either inside of the caged pool area, or outside on the lawn with a 6 foot tall privacy fence. The saltwater pool is heated throughout the year to approx. 84 degrees Fahrenheit (30 degrees Celsius) and comes with all the benefits of a well balanced chlorine pool, but without the salty taste you are used to from the ocean. You can expect for the water to feel much smoother on your skin and for children less redness in the eyes, should they open them under water.

The open floorplan in this perfectly appointed home hosts a large dining room that seats up to 6, a comfortable family room with a HDTV for catching up on your favorite shows, and a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops, and anything else the chef in the family needs to make meal times memorable. Stop by the Cortez Fish Market for the fresh catch of the day and create a memorable meal in the sleek new kitchen, or outside, poolside on the gas BBQ grill.

At the end of a sun-drenched day, wrap up in fresh linens, with sun-kissed skin cooled by overhead ceiling fans in every room. The master bedroom offers a king size bed with ens-suite bathroom. Two more bedrooms on the other side of the house offer a queen size bed each, and share a sizable bathroom. This home is stocked with soft bath and beach towels.

Great vacation

First time we stayed in Bradenton after many Florida vacations. Rental was great and is just as described/shown. Alex who was Property Manager was terrific. Location to everything was a short drive away. Will definitely stay here again.

Everything you could ask for on the Gulf coast. Great facilities and beach chairs provided, property is clean and functional and felt like a real home from home in a safe friendly neighbourhood. Some shops and restaurants walkable - and a great base to explore the wider area by car. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Great pool home

Exactly as described inside was spotlessly clean however the pool area had a lot of dead bugs on the floor inside & sand it looked like the outside area hadn’t been cleaned properly or at all. Great location would definitely stay in this rental home again.

Nice location. Stores near by. Semi- quiet neighborhood (lots of barking dogs). Enjoyed the pool. On the expensive side compared to years past, only rented for 2 weeks instead of month☹

Great Choice

I thought everything was great with this house. Everything was really clean and the grill was in excellent condition. The pool was clean and heated. Only about a 15 minute drive to Ana Maria Island beaches. The only thing in the entire rental that could improve is the shower water pressure.

Well equiped villa

Villa was spacious and clean.it was very well equipped but it was let down by the area it was in.no street lights . Not much in area within 15 minutes walk .would be difficult with people with mobility problems

Relaxing Getaway

Property was well maintained, clean and private. The only drawback was no necessities on hand. Foil, salt and pepper, maybe a hair dryer. Maybe consider some playing cards or more games for rainy days. Not a deal breaker, just a thought. Enjoyed the house and would stay there again.

We were late to the booking game and were lucky to find this lovely home still available. The insides look just the like the pictures, everything thing has been updated and was beautiful, especially the kitchen. The beds were comfortable, and I tend to the the princess and the pea. The pool is not as big as it looks in the pictures, but does the trick. The water was warm and clean. The tile under the outside table is very slippery when it gets wet. We had a few minor issues and Alex from Island Dreams responded quickly and resolved all of the issues. They were a dream to work with as hosts. This home was one of the nicest houses in this residential area. It felt very safe and friendly. I would recommend staying at this here. We had a wonderful time in the sun and water and just relaxing.

Beautiful beach getaway

We just returned from a week long stay at Sandollar. The home was immaculate upon arrival. It was well stocked with anything we needed. They even provided a starter kit of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry detergent. It's obvious its recently been updated as the home is beautifully decorated with modern finishes. We were very pleasantly surprised to find numerous beach items, as we flew in and weren't able to bring our usual beach chairs, umbrellas etc. The home had all that and more including a wagon and a cooler for beach trips. My kids absolutely loved the private pool and spent most afternoons at it. We usually spent the mornings at coquina beach which is a short 10-15 minute drive from the home. We had such a fantastic week it was hard to leave. We are already planning our next stay with sandollar. Thank you Alex for answering all questions we had. This home is the perfect beach getaway!!!

Tolles Haus, super schneller Check in über Tablet im Haus.Alles in allem perfekt

Das Haus lag ruhig in einer Wohngegend in Bradenton.Alles war wie beschrieben 👍,sauber und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Pool war jetzt nicht sehr tief aber das hat und nicht gestört. Zum Strand nach Holmes Beach oder Anna Maria fährt man so ca 10-15 Autominuten.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch in ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

House is spacious even for a family of six. Nice pool with some pool toys available. Loved the floaties. We appreciated having all beach equipment and kids beach toys. Good water pressure in the shower.
