Enjoy your morning coffee on our private top floor patio, in which there is a kitchenette next to it. You will love staying here! You`ll have the entire home & garage to yourself! You will receive your access code via the booking platform messaging inbox once your reservation is confirmed.No car needed. Plenty of places you can walk to. Ubers and Lyfts easily available.



**PLEASE NOTE - this is 2 townhomes, located near each other in the same building complex. They are not directly side-by-side, but are very close to each other. There are many stairs in these homes. Also, we do not supply the propane for the gas fireplace on the patio. There may be some left over from a previous guest. If not, you can pick some up at the grocery store.



***NO parties or locals guests allowed to book this property. Only the number of guests listed with the reservation allowed at the property at all times. This is monitored with outside cameras. Do not book if you can`t follow these rules.
