Welcome to Coconut Cove, a stylish 2-bedroom, 2-bath townhome just a 4-minute walk to Public Beach Access 51 in beautiful Panama City Beach. Perfect for families, couples, or friends, this retreat combines comfort, convenience, and coastal charm—all in one unforgettable stay.

We have tons of updates coming for all bookings starting November 1st! We will be adding a hot tub and updating the interior of the home. Things will look different than what you see in the pictures, but the overall layout will remain the same.

The hosts are helpful and attentive to questions and requests. Property was very clean and adequately appointed. The neighborhood is a mix of vacation rental properties and some permanent resident single family homes. We would definitely consider staying there again if / when we return to PCB.

5 stars. The hosts have thought of little details-labeling switches-. The place was so clean and the hot tub was wonderful. We will definitely stay here again when we come back (hopefully it will be available) If you do happen to need to get in touch with the owners they are very easy to contact.

Andrew and Lacie were wonderful! Great and quick communication! Very accommodating! Highly recommend! Beautiful home that is perfectly located within easy walking distance to everything: beach access, restaurants, convenience stores, gift shops, ice cream, etc! Close to Walmart and Pier Park! Quiet street just one block from Front street. Home has everything you need including a private patio with grill and hot tub. Beds are extremely comfortable! Will definitely stay again!

The best thing about this rental is its location to the beach.ou can walk to the beach and the public landing that you enter is not crowded. The host provided one beach wagon and we brought one wagon of our own which is perfect. Walking distance to a great pizza place Zollo's. The misses if you're planning to use the pull out couch as a bed, don't count on it. It was broken and tilted completely backward plus through the patio door at night you can see all of the parking garage lights making it feel like daylight. Had to hang blankets in order to get a little bit of sleep. Up stairs beds, a king and two queen beds all have the worst mattresses the ones you buy in a box 100% memory foam super cheap all extremely uncomfortable! Bring your own skillets to cook with and be careful of the drawers in the kitchen as they will fall completely out & dishwasher door will fall out completely so watch your foot. I highly suggest you take a few minutes when you arrive to pack up all of their fake plants that they have everywhere in the condo they taking up all of the space for leaving no space for you to unpack so put them in a storage cubby behind the master bedroom television. Two upstairs televisions never worked. Everyone did love the giant connect 4 game on the back patio. Hose in front and back patio which was very useful. Not enough bath towels. No mop/crappy vacuum. Host did not tell us we could park 3rd vehicles across from driveway on street, worried about towing.
