My friends and I stayed here for a couple days and it was great. The house was clean and fully stocked. The location was great as well - just a couple blocks from the boardwalk & beach! We will definitely be coming back.

Lovely Weekend!

Had an amazing weekend with my family in this lovely home. Everything was so accommodating and welcoming! We really enjoyed having a meal together in the dining room and also playing corn hole out back. I would highly recommend!

Excellent beach house

We had a small retreat for a few families and their kids. The house is spacious, well laid out, very clean, and comfortable. The location was great for the beach and attractions in the areas (we spent a lot of time in Asbury Park). Would highly recommend if you're looking for a nice, relaxing time at the Jersey shore.

Perfect location and amazing space

This house was just perfect for our family. Everything was just as pictured in the photos and description, and every amenity was thought about. Meg, our host, was extremely responsive and helpful when we asked a few questions about local places to go. A bonus for us was the beach locker they had where they stored 6 chairs and 2 umbrellas - no schlepping these things to the beach! We had a great week and hope to be back next summer!

Memorial Day Memories!

We had the best time at Meg’s house! It is the best location - 3 blocks from the beach with beautiful houses and great neighbors nearby. We had 5 people, and even had the entire bunk room open, so may end up with a few more next year. Plan on staying here annually for the Spring Lake 5 Miler. Cannot recommend enough!

Stayed at this gorgeous beach home for a girls weekend! This house is even stocked with coffee & filters. It was immaculate, so beachy, great parking for 2 cars & street parking. Close to walk to the beach/board walk. Enjoyed coffee every morning on the top deck overlooking lake como. We were so sad the weekend came to an end so quickly!

Classy and immaculate!

We loved our stay at this charming beach house. The accommodations were perfect for three adult couples; it’s a great choice if your family has younger children as well. Megan is an excellent host— she even provided free coffee. This well-stocked house has everything one needs for a beach stay, especially if you like to cook, and its location is perfect— steps away from Lake Como and less than two blocks to the beach. We were in town for a wedding in Spring Lake, and we were able to enjoy our time together as a family in Megan’s lovely home.

Like An Old Friend

We spent our 20th annual Girls Weekend here and it was fabulous. It felt as if we were staying at a friends house. You can tell that Meg takes the time to think of all the little details so you don’t have to. She was fantastic to work with from start to finish. Belmar is a great little town. We highly recommend this house for your next getaway.

Fantastic house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this gorgeous house. Living area downstairs was open and spacious, and the kitchen well stocked with everything you might need. Bedrooms on second floor are surprisingly large, and the top floor is huge. Lovely covered porch where you can sit out and enjoy the breezes. Large outdoor area at back with outdoor shower and table for 8. Location is great, easy 2 blocks to beach. We will be back!

Amazing property

We just got home from our one week trip to Belmar and had a great time in this beautiful house! The house was immaculate, so clean, with fresh linens and more than enough fresh bath and beach towels. The owners clearly put a lot of thought into this home when they renovated it...it is so comfortable and the layout is great. I loved the open floor plan on the first floor, and all of the bedrooms on the second and third floor were roomy and comfortable. The outdoor area is perfect, with a big dining table and fire pit, and we loved the outdoor shower. The house is so close to the beach and the owners have a locker with 6 chairs and two umbrellas, which is so convenient and nice to not have to drag that stuff to the beach. The owner, Meg, was so responsive when I reached out. I would give this property ten stars if I could and would love to stay here again. You cannot beat the location, the neighborhood is quiet and perfect for families and Belmar is such a great beach town.

Great home in Belmar

First off, this had to be the cleanest home rental I have ever been in. I’m talking spotless in each room, all the kitchen accessories were clean, the outdoor spaces were beautiful- even the grill. The location is fabulous as it’s just a quick walk to the beach and also to Lake Como. It is pretty close map-wise to a popular night spot, which had us a bit concerned going in, but it was an absolute nonissue. This home is priced on the higher end of the range IMO, but the owners set it up so that there’s no question they aim to provide a high end experience to match. Towels were plentiful and plush. Bedding was awesome. Kitchen well equipped. A coffee maker and espresso machine. In other words, they aren’t cutting any corners. It’s obvious they put a lot into the home. We enjoyed it very much and hopefully will return.

A lovely home close to the beach

This home is exactly as advertised: nice kitchen, dining room, large living room, 4 bedrooms, three full bathrooms, three covered porches VERY close to the beach. The kitchen is well-stocked with pots/pans and other gadgets and tools. And I very much appreciated that there was ample paper supplies like toilet paper, paper towels etc.

You can't beat this location - in a quiet neighborhood, just blocks from the ocean. The house was very clean and spacious, with a large living/dining room area that is perfect for a large group to spend time together. We loved the house and highly recommend it to others!

Very Comfortable and Thoughtful Property

Meg has done a really good job setting up this property for her guests. Thoughtful details include outdoor shower (with nice hot water) , beach passes, and outlets on porches (for taking calls or chilling with a view), not to mention the comfortable rooms and 3 baths. The extra bonus is how close the house is to the beach. Wonderful week with the family.
