Exceptional! We had a wonderful stay at On River Time. This is a special home in a special town, truly a unique vacation spot. The house and property were perfect for us. We loved the relaxed feeling of the home and its outdoor spaces, especially the fire pit, river seating and front porch. The host was great and the house was equipped, even for our grandchildren. We could have stayed on the property the whole time and enjoyed ourselves, but the town and surrounding areas also offer plenty to do. It’s only a 10 minute walk to several restaurants, a small grocery store, and a park for children (and outdoor music if you’re lucky)! Lots of hiking right outside the front door and much more within a short drive. We explored a lot and think it would be hard to find a better location than On River Time in Redstone. We hope to go back!

We live nearby and spend as much time as possible surrounded by the natural splendor of Redstone. We are committed to preserving the area's historic charm and character, while sharing this largely undiscovered treasure with fellow explorers.

Why they chose this property

One of the best things about the property is how you feel as if you have stepped into another time. A time when the pace was slower and you are surrounded by peaceful solitude. You can choose simply to relax or can take part in the many adventures just steps beyond the front door. Our favorite feature of the property is the kitchen breakfast nook and the primary bedroom suite both with amazing panoramic views of the Crystal River and nearby Elephant Mountain and Redstone Cliffs.

What makes this property unique

Our home is located at the end of Redstone Boulevard and is bordered on the north side by Pitkin County Open Space. This wonderful riverside location affords a unique sense of privacy and closeness with nature. It's almost like camping... but distinctly different and arguably better!
