80' Dock with 12' x 8' Sundeck (for Sun Bathing & viewing Northern MI Sunsets), 3 Mooring Buoys, home is located in single entrance private subdivision with blacktop roads friendly to push strollers-kids bicycles-roller blades-skate boards-walking & jogging,

CedarStone has a connecting blacktop driveway - parking pad & basketball hoop.

Summer Rentals are weekly, Friday to Friday, Arrival is @ 6:00 p.m. on Friday, Departure is @ 10:00 a.m. the following Friday morning.

Fall Color Change Rentals are primarily weekend rentals beginning on either Thursday or Friday, (minimum 3 nights).
