Welcome To Lake Front Luxury
Sleeps 10, Amazing outdoor living area complete with kitchen, fireplace, TV, Music, Grill, Ice Maker and Bar. You will not want to come back inside but when you do, you'll find all the comforts needed for a wonderful stay. There is a dock which can accommodate 2 boats and/or jet skies just steps from the house. (This is a TVA lake and levels are controlled by the TVA.Typically from September - April, lake levels are reduced, restricting the use of the dock.) Three levels of decks two of which are screened in. In and outdoor dinning areas. Plenty of parking. Gated community with paved roads. Great fishing, hiking, site seeing, antiquing, dining, bars and restaurants. Only 8 miles from town. We found Blue Ridge 5 years ago and never left, we love it there.

Megan and I are so happy to have found this home. Our children have always loved Lake Blue Ridge, we have always used VRBO to find locations on the lake and finally we found a place we can call home. We continue to enjoy the convienence of having a place thet we can get to in under 2 hours.
We have already enjoyed many weekend trips for tubing, boating, fishing and just plain relaxation.
Now we want to share the experience with you and your family.

Why they chose this property
If you are looking to getaway for the weekend or for an entire week you can't beat this location. It is close to Atlanta, Chattanooga, North Carolina and once you get here close to Blue Ridge. Unlike many lake homes, we are in a gated community with paved roads. The home is only steps from the water where you can park a boat or jet ski. Just 1 mile away are trail heads leading you to some of the most spectacular sites in NW GA. Moutain and Road bikers will love this spot as it offers some of the most challenging rides. Don't discount the opportunity to bring up a motorcycle as there is one of the best stretches of riding in the southeast. Relaxation is really the best part, grab a book and settle down in the outdoor living area.
