The property is wonderful. Was perfect for our 40th reunion. So much so we are planning on making this a yearly tradition. Only suggestion to property to add towel racks and/or hooks.

Excellent! Went with a crew of 13. Everyone was extremely satisfied. Very close to the beach and peaceful neighborhood. Will definitely be going back to this property.

House was big, accommodating for a large party, well appointed bedrooms / bathrooms Beach access was a close walk. We made good use of the bikes and golf cart. We loved how easy it was to access the Rosemary Beach shopping area by bike. Great house in a nice quiet area. Lots of great memories made.

The pool was great to have for the kids to jump in before and after the beach. The bikes and golf cart also came in handy although in the Rosemary, Seacrest and Alys areas there is not really any place to park it. We did have to ask for the pool filter to be checked and it was treated once. The house is spectacular with a lot of different gathering spaces.
