Perfectly positioned just steps from the pool and directly across the street from the beach, this inviting retreat offers both convenience and comfort for a memorable Gulf Coast getaway.



This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo comfortably sleeps up to six guests, making it ideal for families, couples, or friends traveling together. Being on the first level means no elevators—simply step outside to enjoy the pool, grill area, or a quick walk to the beach.



Inside, you’ll find a clean, coastal design with modern updates throughout. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig coffee maker—perfect for easy breakfasts or relaxed dinners in. Or take a short walk across the street to enjoy one of Orange Beach’s hottest dining spots, Coastal.



The primary bedroom offers a king bed and private ensuite bath, while the guest bedroom includes two twin beds and a TV. A sleeper sofa in the living area provides additional accommodations. Enjoy tile and Pergo hardwood flooring throughout, complimentary Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience.

The complex is centrally located to all the shopping, dining, and entertainment that Orange Beach has to offer. Easy beach access across the street at the Orange Beach state park beach (5-min walk).



The Neighborhood:

Public beach access by either walking at the crosswalk or driving across the street. Public boat launch directly behind the condo.

You must purchase parking pass upon arrival to the complex separate from reservation. $50 each with max of 2. If you have a third vehicle, we offer parking at our office, which is 2 miles from complex, for $50.
