The host was very communicative and accommodating. It’s a great location, right next door to the little York restaurant and tavern, and driving distance from Frenchtown and Milford. Lots to do. I will stay again.

The hosts were very accommodating and went out of thier way to make sure we were comfortable. The home was clean and in a great location, nice and quiet area. The restaurant next door was an added bonus.

This place was perfect. We were visiting New Hope & Lambertville, and it was about 1/2 hour away. Very quiet neighborhood even on a Saturday evening. The hosts were great, they had a wonderful choice of interesting coffees my wife and I enjoyed in the morning. They had snacks and even bottled water in the fridge. The bed was also comfortable.

The host was very response and helpful. The place is pet friendly, quiet, and conveniently located with free parking. The price is reasonable. There were crumbs in the refrigerator and very limited kitchen-ware (e.g., no wine glasses, only plastic solo cups). The "jersey winder" stairs are extremely steep and very difficult to navigate at night to get to the bathroom downstairs. We had difficulty adjusting the heat and it kept reverting to 53 degrees at night.
