We could not have asked for a better house for our family vacation. We had a large, multigenerational group and there was plenty of room for everyone. Tons of parking, spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds, lots of closet space, and a layout that made it easy to all be together without ever feeling crowded.The outdoor space was probably our favorite part. The pool was perfect, and the heat was just right: still refreshing on a hot day, but never that awful shock when you first get in. There were also tons of pool floats already at the house. Our 3-year-old loved the swing set, and surprisingly, the outdoor shower became a vacation highlight. It somehow made shower time fun and exciting instead of the usual toddler battle! The firepit was perfect at night for everyone to sit around, relax, and talk. The neighborhood is adorable and great for walks, and we were only about a 7-minute walk from the Cape Cod Children’s Museum, which was fantastic with a little one. Even our rainy day worked out perfectly because the living room is huge and gave everyone plenty of space to hang out together. The layout was also separated enough that once our 3-year-old went to bed, the adults could stay up talking and spending time together without worrying about waking her. The property management team was also exceptional. Everyone we communicated with was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful, and communication was easy from beginning to end.

The house had a great layout for our family (4 adults and 4 kids). Awesome pool and outdoor shower with decadently hot water. Luckily we had no rain but if we had there would have been plenty of activities to do indoors.
