This fourth-floor condo sits right on the beaches of beautiful Amelia Island! Cool off in the community pool or just relax on your own private balcony overlooking the ocean. When you're ready for a change of scenery, check out the view from your second private balcony that looks out over the treetops of Amelia Island and Fernandina! The condo comes with a well-equipped kitchen, an on-site washer/dryer, TVs, a DVD player, and high-speed WiFi.

Things to Know; Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community. There are 5 stairs leading to and from the elevator in order to access this property. Toilets are very sensitive, do not flush anything other than provided toilet paper.

Amazing views from the top view. Pool was great that it was heated. Loved the island. Adding pool towels would have been a plus.

Condo was nice. Master bed was very comfortable. The guests beds were hard according to our teenager. It was missing a few important kitchen items like tongs and pot holders. We were told on arrival there was an internet outage and they were working to fix it. We stayed 4 nights and never had internet. That was a huge problem for our family. No working, no tv, no playing new devices our kids had just gotten for Christmas. Overall I would stay again.

Property needs an update and deep clean

This property is in need of serious updating and deep clean. Carpets are old and stained, rusted appliances, corroded plumbing fixtures, stained furniture, musty smell. Everything is old. However, property manager was very responsive in addressing our complaints. You might want to check if there will be construction during your stay. There was constant drilling and debris on our patio. Ocean view is beautiful. Amelia Island Plantation is wonderful.

We checked in and the AC did not work. This is Florida. It took THREE days to get it fixed. The toilet in the MBR ran constantly. Called FOUR times to get it fixed. No can opener in the kitchen.
