Welcome to our charming oceanfront vacation rental condo located at Oceans of Amelia nestled on the pristine shores of Amelia Island in Fernandina. This delightful retreat offers the perfect beach-themed getaway with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean just steps from your door. Featuring 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, our condo is designed to provide comfort and relaxation for your coastal escape. The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, while the guest bedroom offers two cozy twin beds, ideal for families or friends traveling together. Additionally, a convenient pull-out sofa ensures ample sleeping space for additional guests.

PLEASE NOTE: Parking is very limited and guests are assigned only one parking space per condo. There are no guest parking spots at the Oceans of Amelia. An additional parking pass will be provided for guests bringing a second vehicle for the overflow parking. However, it is important to note that the overflow parking is 2 miles south of the Oceans of Amelia complex and is at a first come, first serve basis only.

nice location, but dated and shabby interior

The location is right on the beach and also close to town, but the interior is very shabby including the furnishings, the carpeted floor, bathrooms, etc. I’m cool with a funky place, but not when you’re paying basically 1k for two nights (with fees taxes, etc.). We realized when we were there we could have stayed at one of the very nice hotels in town for less. Checkout is also at 10am which was a huge bummer as our flight wasn’t until 5 and we were traveling with a baby. This meant a sort of wasted day. I emailed to try to get a later checkout but never heard back which is pretty lame. 10am checkout is not very generous. I also left something in the unit and have emailed but again, never heard back. I wouldn’t recommend or stay here again despite the location on the beach.

Vrbo let us down. Never again

Vrbo let us down. Fernandia Beach Realty did a crapy job. There were plenty of messages about time of arrival and departure and parking. Only 1 car and it had to be parked in unit number spot. BUT our number spot was blocked off, no one around,dark and late. No response from them when I called. Certainly they were aware of the parking situation. But no message to us. Another issue was We were told the beach gate code. Most times the gate was open. I never gave it much thought until a few days later coming off the beach it was locked both gates would not work with the code. I called and got no satisfaction. It turned out one of the gate locks had been broken for some time. The other opens from outside but not to let anyone out of the beach area. I talked to rental agent the next day she knew about the locks but said that was not her job. I should contact HOA. Terrible experience. Vrbo and Ferandia reality did a horrible job. So what are you going to do about it??? By the way, this was my first experience with Vrbo.

Weekend getaway

Beautiful view of the beach! Excellent location, wonderful site manger. Condo was very nice and upgraded kitchen was outstanding.
