This property is a beautiful 2-bedroom 2-bathroom oceanfront stunner.  Sixth floor views with private balconies off both bedrooms for the utmost privacy. You have two master bedrooms, both have updated ensuite bathrooms. New mattresses on the beds and hurricane shutters to give you a fantastic night's sleep. You have every convenience at your fingertips, which will make this a most comfortable stay.  One bedroom is equipped with a king bed, while the second bedroom houses a queen bed. There is also a full size sofa bed in the living area to sleep 2 more. You have free Wi-Fi throughout, with TVs in both bedrooms and the living area.
 The kitchen comes well equipped for you to cook a meal or heat up left- overs from one of our many fantastic local restaurants. There is also a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.
 Located in the favorite B building this property has the oceanfront views you want, while being just steps from the pool and the sand. This complex is gated for safety and close to many great south end restaurants.

This condo was perfect for a quick end of the week/weekend beach trip. The condo was well furnished and very clean. There was easy access to the beach and pool. My family and I have stayed on Amelia Island in many different places, and this condo has instantly become our favorite.

The perfect stay

The condo was very clean, comfortable and well stocked with enough dishes, cutlery etc. Having the 2 bedrooms opposite the living space makes for complete privacy along with individual lanai’s. I hope to rent this unit again next year.

Great area. Perfect for lazy days on the beach. The condo was even better than the pictures! Ocean views from the living area along with 2 balconies. All were stunning. Local turtles were a fan favorite. Historic downtown and Fort Clinch need to be on everyones list of things to do. Food was great everywhere we went. We loved Timoti's and The Happy Tomato. The information notebook offered local maps and restaurant recommendations that were very helpful. You will not go wrong renting this beautiful condo.

Fantastic Condo!

This is a beautiful condo in an ideal location - direct view of the ocean and so easy to access. The condo itself is beautifully decorated - tasteful but not cluttered, giving guests plenty of counter and table space. It has everything you need for a relaxing time at the beach. My husband and I have been staying at Amelia Surf and Racquet for 25 years and this is one of the nicest we've stayed in. Highly recommended.

There are 4 of us. Two 30 something best friends and their moms who are also dear friends. We go away every summer together. We loved this unit. Kristi Bennett was exceptionally helpful and kind to work with and stayed in close communication. Perfect everything!

We were 2 couples staying 5 nights in this condo. The pictures reflect exactly how the condo looked; beautifully decorated and very clean. It met our needs because it had two master suites, each with their own balcony overlooking the magnificent views of the beach. We enjoyed breakfast and lunch in and the kitchen was fully stocked with the cookware and dishes we needed. From the beginning to the end renting this condo, the communication and service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this condo.
