Clean and comfortable

Everything was very clean and the downtown area nearby was so convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby! Our only complaint was that the downstairs area with two of the bedrooms was freezing cold, even when we visited in July, but we made it work! There is also an open staircase, which is good to know if you have little ones in your party. There were plenty of towels and pillows to choose from and the kitchen was well stocked. Also an adorable back yard area. We really enjoyed our stay and would come again!

House is great for a large group... did have 2 bathrooms but plumbing issues in upstairs bathroom caused some inconvenience... property manager was very prompt fixing the issues but the repairs took a few hours so it delayed us in going to an event.

Softball Family Vacation

In town along with 1000 other teams for a travel softball tournament. We spent their first 5 days in hotel then had family join us and we checked into this property. The house is exactly as pictured! We had plenty of room for the 4 adults and 3 teens. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the deck outside . Bonus was the neighborhood 4th of July fireworks. Tip : remember bug spray if you plan to be outdoors at night !

The home had plenty of space and was comfortable enough. Due to it being an older build it was really loud with creaking floors and doors that stick, especially downstairs. The cleaning was subpar with cobwebs and dirty windowsills that deterred us from opening the blinds. I would suggest more utensils, like steak knives in the kitchen and the barbecue was too dirty to use. It was nice that they were flexible with the check-in time.

Super solid as advertised, very comfortable

Our band played some shows in Denver that weekend and we had a good sized crew. Everyone slept comfortably. The place was clean. The free bottle of wine was a nice touch. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook meals. One more bathroom would have been optimal but the upstairs and down were nice and clean. There was plenty of shampoo and soap. On top of that the video games and the poker table were great extras. Only problem with that was the felt of the poker table had a rip in the middle and that could probably drive some card players crazy but we lived with it. The upstairs and downstairs level was also cool for some people to crash and not be disturbed by the people that wanted to stay up a little bit. Would recommend it for anyone but definitely a solid choice for a big enough band to fill it up.

House was fine until the AC went out on one of the hottest days we stayed there. We reached out to the guest contact who mentioned he’d have to call someone else to come look and figure out the problem. After researching the issue for a bit we ended up fixing the ac ourselves. We fixed it the morning we left. I submitted a claim to the company since this was a hassle not having AC over half of our stay, I still haven’t heard anything back. A little disappointed in the lack of communication or understanding on their end.

Location and size was perfect for our needs. Had a couple of issues but owner responded right away and they were quickly resolved. A larger dining room table would have been better if you use all the beds. Kitchen well stocked and able to cook enough food for 11 people easily. This house was perfect for what we needed it for. This property, like I said, got the job done. The host let us check in a little early which was a HUGE PLUS! Most of our vacation was spent hiking, touring breweries and at a family wedding so we really just needed a place to shower and sleep. The place could use a few updates (like a new shower curtain upstairs) plus a few steps around the house could possibly be a tripping hazard. All in all the place was pleasant and would recommend to others. Oh and the hot water is HOT!

Great Place for Multiple Days in Denver

We booked this place for a guys trip in Denver. The property was clean and provided plenty of sleeping accommodations for 10. Having the poker table, foosball table, and multiple places around the house to hang out made it a great place. The location was perfect as it was only 15 minutes from downtown and 15 minutes from Golden. This allowed to be close to Coors field and nightlife in downtown Denver and also some of the best golf courses Denver has to offer. Highly recommend staying here with its central location and amenities inside the house.

Perfect Family Rental

My 14 family members stayed here together while in town for my wedding. There was so much room to spread out but still be able to spend time together.
