✨ PARKING INFORMATION ✨



This rental includes one assigned parking space at Ship’s Bell, conveniently located on-site.



If you’re traveling with more than one vehicle, additional public parking is available nearby at the MacMillan Pier lot and the East End Municipal lot. Metered parking is in effect from May through early November; off-season parking is generally free.



**PS This is a cozy, compact unit with limited storage space - we recommend packing light, especially if traveling with multiple bags**



We take great pride in accurately describing our home so you know what you will be renting. We realize that every group of guests has specific rental requirements, and what one group might love could pose a challenge for others.



Being part of a multi-unit residential building in Provincetown, it's important to be mindful of noise levels to ensure a harmonious experience for all residents.



Our neighbors live here year-round, so please be mindful that your vacation is their full-time home.



When you're coming and going in the interior hallways, please be extremely quiet and keep conversations down. Quiet hours for all public areas (hallway, roof deck, parking area) are from 8pm - 8am.



Please be aware that noise might travel among units in our building, and it’s difficult for us to control any noise from our neighbors. Most of the time when we’re there, we hear nothing.



Please note - the approved sleeping area is the Murphy bed that you will see immediately in front of you when entering.



There is a ladder that leads to a lofted platform - this IS NOT included in the rental as per our Provincetown Rental Certificate. It is used an an exclusive-use sleeping area for the owner.



Please kindly refrain from climbing the ladder and using the upstairs platform area.

- Unfortunately, no pets and No smoking on premises. - Quiet hours are 8pm - 8am. We cannot emphasize this enough.
Please bring all conversations inside after 8pm, and if you're getting home late, please be quiet as you're entering.
- Be mindful and respectful that our neighbors are year-round residents, and we hear from them when guests are being loud.
