Very charming 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom townhouse with spectaculaire sea view in a securely gated beachfront resort with a large communal pool, subtropical gardens and direct access to the beach (only 50 steps to the beach!).
Beachfront, seaview, away from it all, but still close to everything!!!

The house has a private garden and a large terrace with a lounge area, a built-in BBQ and a large dining table. From the terrace you have a wonderful view overlooking the Mediterranean sea. The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with American fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, 5 ring stove and dishwasher. The split level living-room has a seating area with a fire place (wood), airconditioning and a flat screen TV. There is a practical office space adjacent to the livingroom. All 3 double bedrooms have airconditioning and have direct access to our private garden. As we use it ourselves as our 2nd home it benefits from immaculate decorations and furnishings, with all the comforts of 'home' available to our guests.
Greatly appreciated by our guests and by ourselves is the central location of our house. The large supermarket Carrefour, several beachbars, a fresh bakery, a pharmacy, a hairdresser, a medical clinic and the exclusive beachclub Trocadero, are all within short walking distance. Estepona old town is a 15 min walk. Popular places like Pacha Beach club, Puerto Banus, Los Flamingos Golf Club, Marbella are all within a 5 - 15 min drive. The exclusive resort is comprised of only 36 townhouses on a prime South-facing sea-front location on the “New Golden Mile” between Marbella and Estepona, only 50 minutes drive from Malaga Airport.
Free WIFI, bedlinen, towels and cleaning service are included. Use of electricity will be charged on the base of effective use.

We had a wonderful stay at the house in August 2025.We've been renting holiday properties for a long time and this is the first instance where the reality is better than the pictures. The house is wonderful and the outside spaces are amazing, the pool was really big for the size of the development and was never too busy. A nice 20 minute (flat) walk into Estepona however there are cafe's, restaurants & shops within a few minutes walk as well. Check in with Lorraine was great and she was really helpful through out our stay. We would highly recommend this property and would love to return.

Estepona Villa

The property was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the property host was excellent, we were met on arrival and everything was explained in detail, we were met again on our departure to see if everything met our expectations. Overall a very pleasant stay which added to the enjoyment of our holiday.

Hidden Gem

Classic Costa Del Sol condominiums with an authentic feel. Nicely updated and modern. Well equipped. Can't beat the location just outside of Estepona... with the Paseo giving easy access.

Absolutely Lovely from start to finish

The house is absolutely lovely. Situated in a quiet residential resort with a communal pool and about 20m from the sea. The furnishings are nice quality, the kitchen properly equipped to be fully self catered if you wish, the terrace is lovely to sit on with a retractable shade and wonderful views. Its about a 10-15 min walk to the town where we didn't have a bad meal. Don't come here if you want an all night party atmosphere- do come if you want to relax by the pool, dine and have a drink on the terrace and have a lovely nights sleep in a really comfortable bed! The house might not be suitable for people with mobility problems as there are quite a few steps within the house and there isn't a rail or barrier to prevent small children falling off the terrace into the garden. We were a group of friends so it wasn't an issue. One tiny strange anomaly was that there are no sun loungers by the pool nor are you allowed to take the ones in the house to the pool (you can however take a sun chair) or you can lay on a towel. The property manager explained though that it's a resort policy enforced by the president of the commitee and not a personal rule. 10/10 for us. Will definitely be back.

Perfect

We had a lovely time in Estepona. The house was very well equipped and we were able to enjoy wonderful dinner time at the terrazzo. It is an easy walk to the store as well as in to the town. It was quiet and very friendly neighborhood. We would love to rent this house again.

Excellent location

Well maintained property in excellent location. Easy walk into Estepona old town, close to beach and large supermarket. Accommodation good, beautiful terrace with views of the sea. Quiet location. Beds a little hard for us but that is personal preference. Overall excellent

Great view, easy access to beach and lovely walk to old town

The house is closer to the sea than expected. The terrace is amazing for lunching, dining, and chilling out. House is well equipped for cooking. It is located in a tasteful housing development but close to shops (including a well appointed supermarket) and town.

Preciosa casa para descansar en la playa

Una estancia de 10 La casa es tal y como se muestra en las fotos. Elegantemente decorada y muy bien equipada, con todo lo que se necesita para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. Hemos estado, cómodamente, hasta 7 personas adultas. Lo más impresionante de la casa es la amplia cocina en la planta alta con una inmensa terraza perfectamente amueblada: cocinas viendo y escuchando el mar. Los electrodomésticos de primeras marcas y todo el menaje y la vajilla en perfecto estado. Hemos cocinado todos los días y nunca nos ha faltado de nada. La terraza tiene un barbacoa de obra, todas las noches hemos cenado de la barbacoa El Carrefour y el Mercadona están a pocos minutos en coche y hay inmumerables tiendas y servicios en el barrio Las habitaciones están en la planta baja, todas con armarios empotrados, aire acondicionado y con puerta al amplio jardín de cesped. Tiene dos baños estupendos, uno con bañera y otro con plato de ducha La urbanización está cerrada, tiene aparcamiento propio y una mágnifica piscina, con socorrista, que con las medidas del coronavirus estaba bastante restringida y limitada, pero abierta. Todo está verde y muy bien cuidado La urbanización tiene una salidad directa a la playa, pequeña pero solitaria, de arena negra y piedras, como casi todas las playas de Málaga. Ideal para nosotros que buscabamos tranquilidad (imprescindible llevar escarpines para los pies si quereis bañaros por las piedras y los erizos) Una casa preciosa, con un diseño espectacular, como una casa andaluza antigua (no es apta para minusválidos) tiene estrechos pasillos y muchos escalones y recobecos, lo que lo hace más bonita aún. Para el invierno el salón, en dos niveles, tiene chimenea y un despacho aparte. Aunque para sentarse a comer dentro solo vemos una mesa de 4 plazas en la cocina, pero casi todos los días del año se puede comer en la terraza en una inmensa y preciosa mesa de madera para más de 8 personas La recomiendo 100%, sin ninguna duda

Great property in a great location

Lovely villa in a quiet and pretty location. Nice pool just outside the front door and the gardens are very well kept up. The terrace is a fantastic place to relax, very spacious with great views of the sea. Just a few steps from the beach with a lovely boardwalk in both directions. Approx 15 min stroll along the boardwalk into Estepona with all the shops, bars, restaurants etc. Some great beach bars along the way. Big supermarket within walking distance, you really don’t need a car to get around. Property manager was really welcoming and very helpful during our stay. Overall we had a fantastic few days here, can highly recommend!

Wonderful Surprise

The house is cute and has a great location. Wonderful views of the Med from the deck. Access to the beach, walking to shopping and restaurants. The entire family enjoyed the stay. Being an American, the air conditioners wouldn't be enough for a stay in warmer months. It was fine for us in mid June.

Wonderful place to live

We had really fantastic 10 days in this very nice house. You can not only see the sea from the beautiful terasse, you can always hear the waves. Furthermore, there is a great pool nearby where we were alomost alone. Estepona, its nice old town centre and the beach bars are easy to reach by feet. All in all, we missed nothing and will certainly get back soon.

Magnificent balcony

We were a party of 6 on a girls holiday. The villa is set in lovely grounds with a private pool and great views of the sea. It’s quiet and private. The balcony has to be the best bit and we all ate, sun bathed and relaxed here most of the time. Everything you need in the kitchen was there. We didn’t use the oven but used the bbq on the balcony. 3 double rooms, all comfy rooms with air con. We didn’t use the sitting room area as we didn’t need it or the TV. Check in and check out was easy. A short walk along the boardwalk to the right were some lovely beach bars, its about a 10 minute walk in to the town and another 10 to the port. We hired bikes and had a car so was easy to get around. Carrefour 5 mins drive but could easily be walked for the morning croissants. Lovely villa and we had a great holiday.

Gem of a propert

Amazing location - easy access to shops, supermarkets and yet overlooking gardens across the sea, and a ten minute walk along a promenade to the beaches. A decor that’s both contemporary yet characterful . Great outside terrace and large pool literally on the doorstep. Great service - everyone very proactive - made the experience easy. Only caution ..living area a little ‘snug’ with six adults.

We had a lovely holiday in this villa. It was very comfortable and well equipped. Lorraine was very helpful and contact before and during our stay was excellent. 10 minute walk into Estepona along the promenade and as stated previously, close to carrefour. All in all an excellent location and villa.

Stunning location peaceful

What a great property. The kitchen and terrace area with views over the gardens and sea are simply stunning. The pool is fantastic and the beds are so comfortable. The best thing though is the location. At the top of the road is one of the best restaurants in Estepona, SAN Antonio bistro absolutely amazing food. Overall this is great place to holiday in Estepona.
