Enjoyed our stay in Sun River. The condo was clean and inviting. Great location! Pet friendly. We loved having the hot tub on site. Hope to visit again in the future.

Great house, unacceptable serviceThe house itself was great: clean, comfortable, and well set up. If this review were only about the property, it would be five stars.The guest service was another story. We stayed three nights for a work conference, in an area with almost no cell service, and arrived to no working WiFi. The fiber connection was live, but the router needed to be re-provisioned remotely by the internet provider. No one on the management team could give us the WiFi password or seemed to understand their own setup. Their solution was to tell us to go somewhere else to find internet, like a coffee shop. Seriously? I ended up walking them through calling the internet company myself. Even then, they argued with me about whether it could be fixed remotely. It could, and it was, once someone finally followed up on my suggestion. By then it was night 3 of 3. We spent nearly the entire trip trying to work off a weak hotspot.They offered a 100 refund, which didn't come close to making up for a work trip spent troubleshooting their equipment and chasing their staff.Lovely home, but I would not book with this company again.
