Cozy and convenient

Clean and comfortable with all the necessities. The master bed and bedding was comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub, nice ping pong table, and attractive decor. We also liked that the upper and lower deck area was fully enclosed, which folks with younger kids and pup might find helpful. Would recommend a couple of space heaters for the downstairs bedrooms, as sometimes it was much colder down there.

Great quiet location

Pros: loved the separate refrigerator and freezer. Tons of cooking supplies. Nice location in a quiet area. Lots of bike trails. Hiking in the area was awesome. The Reverse living layout was awesome. I loved having the living area upstairs. Lots of family time entertainment with ping pong table, games and puzzles. Cons: No access to pool. They charged a resort fee for bikes & internet (didn't feel like it was a good value). Bike brakes were in the pedal versus on the handle bars (I guess called coaster bikes -- did not feel safe riding them) MINOR Cons: kitchen a bit dated and small. The BBQ had not been cleaned in a long time. (took awhile to burn off the grease). Local grocery store was very expensive (buy supplies in Bend, Oregon about 20 minutes away). The mattress needs to be replaced. Very soft (which some may like). Felt like I was sleeping with my head lower than my feet. Bed not even in the master bedroom. Conclusion: I'd stay in Sunriver again but be more careful on what the resort fee covers. I really thought it meant pool access. We did not use the hot tub because of Covid which was expected.
