Wonderful place!

We enjoyed our stay at Casa Soma, and things were pretty much exactly the way they were described online. We felt very much at home, and hope to return some day. A special thanks to the people on the ground that helped us get settled in, and to Ryan for his prompt communication!

No tienen parlante para música, ni Tv en la sala ni en ninguno de los cuartos. Las cámaras roban la privacidad de los huéspedes. Perros y gatos callejeros entran a la vivienda y dejan tirada la basura. La piscina estaba sucia cuando llegamos. Solamente hay parqueo para 2 vehículos. No se permite la música en la casa después de las 10 de la noche.

This guest was upset when we asked them not to have a party. The guests decided to have a mariachi party at 1:00am, even after we kindly asked them not to have party. The neighbours from 350 meters away contacted us to let us know a big party was happening at the house. We have never had so many complaints from distant neighbours. We have a “no parties” rule because we are a private property, not a hotel or event place. Our policy explains this and you are reminded of it before your arrival. These guests assured us that they were having a small celebration at 9:00 in the evening, but instead they had a party all night. No group has ever bothered the far away neighbours like this group. We had to send our manager to the property in the middle of the night to ask the guests to lower the music volume. Kindly respect our basic policy’s please.
