Great property, location was perfect for our needs, lots of room, seating and bedding. The host was very friendly and communicated well. Pet friendly, my parents brought their small dog and she was quite comfortable. We will definitely stay again if in the area.

Clean and well kept home. Nice fenced in back yard. Comfy bed in master, not sure about the others as we only used one. Would definitely stay again!

Spacious home conveniently located for our visit. Good communication with host. Washer/dryer brand new. Liked that the TV had live channels, not just logging into your own streaming account. Master bed the most comfortable we’ve had.

First and foremost, the host was excellent! She was extremely prompt in responding and went above and beyond. Months prior to our trip I reached out about specifics in the house (one of those being TVs). Fast forward to a few days before our trip she reached out to let us know that they added a TV in one of the rooms. While this doesn't sound like much, it meant the world. We were intending on bring one along and because of their generosity and act of kindness we did not need to. It was just one more thing that we did not need to worry about especially traveling with special needs children and the medical equipment that needs to come along. The home is no frills which for us was fantastic. Plenty of space for our kids. The home is in a development and there are always neighborhood kids playing/riding bikes and scooters! We were about 15-20 min from the "main strip" where there was every restaurant and store you could imagine. As well as about 45ish min from North Topsail Beach. Overall, we were beyond please with our stay at the home and look forward to spending more vacations in this rental home in the future.
