This was a nice place the only downside to the house is there is only 1 shower so keep that in mind if you bring a lot of people.

There are 2 bathrooms. I just purchased the home this year for a large amount of money $298000 so fist we’ve had no time to change kitchen tile and get to add an additional shower if it’s possible hope to have an extra one next year

Good renovated and friendly for the family stay. I would suggest to setup one more shower for a four bedroom house. Otherwise all good, property manager is very coopertive.

The space was great for the amount of people we had, 10. Cleanliness could have been better especially inside the toilet room. Walls, door, and baseboards could use some attention. Yard needed mowed. But, for the price and ease of location it was satisfactory.

Thank you so much for your information.On lawn, Johua would have mowed on weekend but it has rained solid for 2 weeks. I did have someon mow 8 days ago they cgarged a lot and had mower set very high so betwwn that and the rain-it grew fast. I was trusting Angie in back to do the cleaning. She actually said she did all baseboards but that I think was Sunday. I will ask Bill-maintainence to go see the restroom tomorrow to either point out to her issues or I have another clener who can go give me a report. I was trying to help her with some income. Thanks for your visit and review. lawn is usually mowed but I will address the cleaning issue. She is good about sending me pics so I will ask her to do restroom again, send pics.

Was easy to get in and out. Was clean. Owner was responsive. Fireplace has a large hole to outside that animals can come in, so that needs to be vented but other than that it was prefect. Thank you.

Things that could be helpful are a cutting board because some guests used the plastic plates as a cutting board. Fumigation could also help there was 4 large roaches that emerged but otherwise no other inconveniences the beds were very comfy, and the owners are commutative and have a contact for supplies if they are needed.
