Great place

Excellent place for multiple families as each bedroom has a bathroom. The studio above the garage is great for a kid free escape! Very clean. Kitchen well equipped. Super close to the mountain and even closer to Old Mill. One complaint- not bad enough to knock it down a start- hot tub needs to be cleaned.

Nice Tetherow Property

House is modern and well equipped. Hiking trails into the National Forest are only a few hundred feet away. The only drawback is the ongoing construction in the neighborhood which appears to be restricted to weekdays.

Amazing Labor Day Weekend

We were able to get early check in which was so great to start the weekend off well! The house was so clean! We took advantage of renting a cabana at the pool which was so reasonably priced and the staff was amazing. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Bend

We absolutely enjoyed every minute at the house and in Bend. The property had a 4-mile mountain bike trails around the property and several other trails to discover. We hiked, checked out the town which is a short drive and flared on the River. We would definitely come back to Bend! House was clean with a modern open feel.

Family gathering.

We were very comfortable in this house. We had four generations under one roof. A few details need attention. The chairs are miserable., No one was comfortable in the chairs (indoors and outdoors). The door hardware was very difficult for most of us to manipulate. Thick and round is pretty but not ergonomic.

Beautiful Clean Home / Dirty Hot Tub

The place was beautiful and extremely well taken care of. The entire resort property was also excellent. Amazing fitness center, cafe and many other top notch amenities. The only thing that was disappointing and made me leave a less than stellar review of the cleanliness was not the home itself, but rather the hot tub. It was a salt water hot tub and the water must not have been changed recently because we all got folliculitis all over our chests, legs and arms. I am on antibiotics as I write this review. This could happen anywhere, but if you plan on getting in the hot tub, just check with management to make sure they’ve drained and cleaned it recently. Management told us that they clean it between every guest, but that may not have been the case for us. Other than that, it was one of the top VRBO places I’ve stayed and would gladly return.

House needs work

Although a lovely location, there were lots of problems with the house. The refrigerator didn’t work and needed to be swapped out. The cable box didn’t work if it was tucked behind the TV. The back slider was off the tracks and once locked was unlockable. The dishwasher was broken and stuck on E1. The toilet paper holder fell off the wall. I’d suggest the owner stay here for some time and work out the kinks. Please let me know if you have questions. Regards, Beth Thornhill

We feel so lucky to live in such a beautiful community and show it off to travelers like yourself! I apologize South Fork Six had some flaws and was not up to yours or Tetherow standards. It is a new home but no excuse. The fridge must have gone down just before your arrival because there was still fresh ice in the ice maker. We appreciate you calling us immediately about the fridge and happy we could replace it right away. As far as the other repairs go, we would have been happy to fix those right away as well but understand your privacy and the fact that there should not have been a problem in the first place. Without your feedback, we cannot be as phenomenal as we aspire to be. Furthermore and above all, I hope service/staff interaction was terrific. We can work out repairs but take pride our guest service. Thank you again for your comments and please contact management directly for your next booking as we hope to host you again. Great Family Property

This house was ideal for our family 8 adults, 2 kids and an infant. Each of the bedrooms having their own private full bathroom was so wonderful for everyone. We were able to get ready and out the door together without having to share bathroom time to do so. The beautiful kitchen is amply stocked with small appliances, dishes, glassware and utensils. The bonus for us was the ADU studio apartment above the garage. Our son and daughter in law have an infant, so this was the perfect spot for them to be able to have quiet space for napping and the uncertain nighttime schedule of an infant. We utilized the pool area as well as the fitness center and found them both to be superior in quality and added to our positive experience. The location is beautiful and proximity to mountain, river, lake and downtown activities is perfect. We will definitely make a return visit to Tetherow for future family vacations.

Friends Vacation

There were 9 of us who traveled to Bend for a wedding and rented South Fork 6. It was perfect for our group and we loved just hanging out together around the fire pit. It’s a great home and the only negative was the construction going on all around us. Beautiful resort with lots of amenities.

Fantastic for Groups, Great Location

We had a fantastic stay here. The house is perfectly designed for groups with everyone having their own bathroom within their room. The resort itself had great facilities, but the best part was how close the house was to the Phil's trail system. Would highly recommend!
