The living room includes a fireplace and an entertainment center with an HDTV. There is a separate dining room with ocean views and a fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances. The home offers ample storage, a separate laundry room with washer and dryer, and air conditioning (additional fees may apply).
Parking includes a one-car garage with space for bikes, surfboards, and storage, as well as additional street parking on a quiet street. Nearby beach access includes Tourmaline Beach and a smaller beach accessible by stairs or via the Tourmaline Surfing Park parking area.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Guests must comply with the good neighbor policy and all local regulations.
