Coach House Cottage in heart of wine region with vineyard views

Very cute and updated 1930’s cottage tucked in the middle of wine country under beautiful oak trees and rolling hills. This cottage has a full bath (double stalled shower), living room, full kitchen, and 1 bedroom with new queen size bed. Cottage has amazing views of local vineyards and is only 2 miles from town and 15 miles to the beach.

This cottage was originally built as a Carriage House in the 30's. Its a very unique, charming, quite, cozy place to stay. Ride your bike or drive to local winery's or take a 15 minute drive to the beach. We are right off Highway 46 West. Located in the 'Templeton Gap' you can escape the heat, guaranteed cooler weather here with a slight afternoon breeze from the coastal influence.

Free parking, outdoor space, BBQ, fir-pit and gorgeous views. Less then 1 mile from Paso Port, Hunt Cellars, Niner Wine Estates, 4 Lanterns, Tooth & Nail, Venteux, Lone Madrone Winery, Shale Oak Winery, Red Soles Winery, Linne Calodo Cellars, Turley Wine Cellars and many more.

Owners live on property but your stay will be very private. We have ranch dogs, barn cats, horses and cattle (parts of the year).

The place was very nice and cozy in a lovely location. The view of the vineyards was what you see right out the bedroom windows. They had a the sweetest cat that’ll come hang out with you at the fireplace who was probably the highlight of our visit. We plan on visiting again in the future.

This is our 3rd time staying here and every time I find something new about this property! Owners are lightning fast with communication and very accommodating. Property was immaculate and the BBQ grill and firepit worked every time. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We are located on the famous Highway 46 West, in the heart of wine country. Cute, tucked away cottage with a farm feel. Enjoy the weather, views, outdoor space and a romantic cozy cottage.

There is no other property like this, 2 minutes from Historic Paso Robles or Templeton. 20 minutes from Cayucos beach and/or Cambria beach. Also, we are surrounded by beautiful oak tress and vineyards.
